Objective:To investigate the current competence of nurses in anesthesiology department.In order to analyze the factors that affect the post competence of anesthesiology nurses,it provides a theoretical basis for improving the level of competence of anesthesia nurses.Methods:In this study,stratified cluster sampling method was adopted.According to the geographic area of a province,it is divided into 5 regions: east,south,west,north and middle.Each area randomly selected 3-4 top three hospitals,a total of 17 third-level hospitals.A total of 205 anesthesiology nurses from 17 tertiary Grade A hospitals were selected for investigation.The survey tools included in this study include: general information questionnaire,anesthesia nurse job competency evaluation questionnaire,simplified version of China 's Big Five Personality Questionnaire,Chinese employee organization commitment scale,Chinese nurse work stress source scale,nurse career management Table questionnaire,job characteristics questionnaire,nursing work environment scale.All data in this study used SPSS23.0 software for data analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was performed on general data of nurses in anesthesiology department using frequency and composition ratio.The mean and standard deviation were used to statistically describe the post competence of anesthesiology nurses.Single factor analysis(t test,analysis of variance),correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of post-competence of anesthesiology nurses.Result:1.The average score of post competence of anesthesiology nurses is(101.28±18.59)points.The scores of each dimension are: the average score of basic knowledge is(26.43±4.30)points,the average score of perioperative knowledge is(19.98 ± 5.19)points,the average score of operation skills is(14.14 ± 3.11)points,and the average score of risk control is(12.90±3.47)points,the average score of professional development is(12.59±3.67)points,and the average score of individual characteristics is(15.26±2.54)points. 2.Results of single factor analysis: the difference in the years of work in the anesthesiology department,whether there are unified training standards and teaching materials,whether there are different levels of training,and the monthly income affect the post competence of anesthesiology nurses are statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Correlation analysis results: the scores of rigor,pleasantness,openness,and extroversion fac tors in the Big Five personality traits are positively correlated with the total score of anesthesi a nurses' post competence(r=0.284~0.350,P<0.01),and the scores of neurotic factor is negati vely correlated with total score of anesthesia nurse's post competence(r=-0.138,P<0.05).Th e scores of emotional commitment,normative commitment,ideal commitment,and opportunit y commitment in organizational commitment are positively correlated with the total score of a nesthesia nurse's post competence(r=0.211~0.526,P<0.01).Among the work pressure source s,nursing professional and work issues,time allocation and workload issues,working environ ment and equipment issues,patient care issues,management and interpersonal issues,dimensi on scores are negative correlated with the total score of anesthesia nurse's post competence(r=-0.446~-0.147,P<0.05).Career management scores are positively correlated with the total sc ore of anesthesia nurse's post competence(r=0.319~0.469,P<0.05).The scores of various dim ensions of job characteristics are positively correlated with the total score of anesthesia nurses' post competence(r=0.192~0.461,P<0.01).The scores of various dimensions of the nursing work environment are positively correlated with the total score of anesthesia nurses' post com petence(r=0.451~0.586,P<0.05).4.Multi-factor analysis results: years of work in the anesthesiology department,whether there are unified training standards and teaching materials,whether there are levels of training,the pleasantness factor in the big five personality,the standard commitment in the organizational commitment,time allocation and work in the source of work pressure The problem is to promote professional self-development in career management,autonomy in job characteristics,and the basic items of high-quality nursing services in the nursing work environment enter the regression equation(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The average competence of nurses in anesthesiology department reaches above medium level.2.The influencing factors of post competence of anesthesiology nurses are: years of work in anesthesiology department,whether there are uniform training standards and teaching materials,whether there are levels of training,the pleasantness factor in the big five personality,the standard commitment in the organizational commitment,and work pressure Sources of time allocation and work issues,promoting career self-development in career management,autonomy in job characteristics,and basic items for high-quality nursing services in a nursing work environment.3.Put forward some suggestions for improving the post competence of anesthesia nurse.
