Objective:(1) To clear the job characteristic and work requirement of the nurses inanesthesia room;(2) Explore the evaluation index of nurses’core competence in anesthesiaroom,combinating with the practical situations3armour hospitals in taiyuan city.Methods:Select18experts engaged in clinical nursing, nursing management, nursingeducation, clinical anesthesia in taiyuan city in Shanxi Province.Using literatureretrieval method, expert interview method, based theoretical basis and basicprinciples of index system building, and preliminarily build nurses’ core competenceevaluation index system anesthesia to room;using the Delphi (Delphi) to screen theindex; using analytic hierarchy process (ahp), combined with expert enquiry method,to determine the index weight.Results:1.After two rounds of enquiry, the core competence evaluation index frameworkabout the nurses in the anesthesia room were established according to the theory ofprofessional knowledge, professional practice ability, critical thinking ability,communication and coordination ability and the professional development ability fiveindicators for structure and hierarchical structure. The index framework in includedthree-level index, primary index5,23secondary indicators,54three-level index.Tworounds of enquiry of experts about the index score was obvious concentrated, the variation coefficient tends decreased, the coordination coefficient tends increased,suggests that experts at all levels of index increased coordination degree and indexsystem framework is reasonable.2.The index weight coefficients at all levels was established. Using the analytichierarchy process (ahp), combining with expert enquiry method, establishing the first,second and tertiary index weight, all levels of indicators meet the requirement ofconsistency.3.Survey results have higher credibility. Through the qualitative analysis and thebasic situation of experts authority degree of quantitative analysis, it concluded thatthe panel has good representativeness and authority;two rounds of expert enquiry forrecovery was100%, and put forward the opinions of experts proportion was61%,expert opinion adoption rates was91%, this showed that experts have highenthusiasm and support;the index of the coordination coefficient of the expertsare0.411level indicators, secondary index of0.335,0.281three-level index, showsthat expert advice to measure coordination is good.Conclusions:To build a relatively complete and feasible evaluation index framework about thenurses’ core competence working in anesthesia room, and provide a scientificobjective and quantifiable basis for anesthesia room nurses’ selection, training,appointment, and avail the development of its specialization.
