Objective:Through to the jilin province 4 third rate mental hospital survey registered nurse core ability, discussing the influence factors of nursing core competence, according to the influencing factors of core competence in clinical nursing management strategy, core competence framework of data accumulation to build health nurses, and to provide basis for according to the hierarchical training, post Settings. Methods:This research adopts literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview method and mathematical method. For jilin province 4 third rate mental hospital registered nurses, the questionnaire survey to the Chinese registered nurse core competence scale(CIRN) to assess, data coding, entry using Epidata3.1 database, using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis, the general data and questionnaire results using statistical description of percentage, mean, standard deviation, different levels, different age, different titles, different degree, different department nurses core ability difference compared using analysis of variance between groups or rank and inspection, P < 0.05 difference was statistically significant Result:1.Jilin province 4 third rate mental status registered nurse specialist hospital core competenceResults show that the core ability score was 175.22±30.90, on average, critical mind/scientific research ability score was 20.66±4.28; Clinical nursing score was 28.27±6.09; Leadership ability score was 26.31±5.27; Interpersonal relationship score was 30.99±5.85; Ethical and legal practice score was 24.81±4.48; Professional development score was 26.39±4.16; Education and consulting score was 17.87±3.43. Dimension scores from high to low arrangement for interpersonal relationship, clinical care, professional development, leadership, ethical/legal practice and critical mind/scientific research, education and consulting2.The registered nurse core competence at different levels:Nurse core ability score as the level of advanced, N4 interchange level nurses scored highest on core competence dimensions(193.77±20.30), N1 nurses scored lowest level(170.56±32.34), P < 0.05; N2 and N3 level nurses scoring somewhere in between, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05).3.Different title registered nurse core competencies:Nurse core ability score as the title promotion score increase gradually, the deputy director of junior &senior highest score(192.06±17.43), P < 0.05; Followed by nurse-in-charge(185.53±27.12), P < 0.05; Nurses scored lowest(169.80 + 32.66), P < 0.05; Compare the difference between groups was statistically signific Different working fixed number of year registered nurses core competenciesant, P < 0.05)4.Different working fixed number of year registered nurses core competencies.Nurse core ability score increase gradually with the increase of seniority scores, working years in more than 20 years scored the highest(193.58±15.58); 1-5 years scored lowest(172.81±31.74), compare the differences between groups was statistically significant, P < 0.05). 11 to 15 years and 16-20 years two stages nurse core ability score is most close to, including 16-20 years nurse working in ethical/legal practice and professional development scored lower on two dimensions the nurse work 11 to 15 years, the rest are in different stages of the increase with seniority showed a trend of increase gradually.5.Different degree registered nurse core ability to work:Nurse has a little influence on core competence for the degree of each dimension score, technical secondary school, college or bachelor degree or above, there was no statistically significant difference comparing, P > 0.05).6.Different working departments registered nurse core competences:Nurses core competence neurologist score(200.29±14.84), psychiatric nurses(153.29±23.80), neurological nurses compared with psychiatric nurses core ability difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05).7.Through comparative analysis, respectively, job title, working years, section office environment as the main factors influencing the core competence of the nurses. Conclusion:1.Jilin province third rate mental hospital registered nurse core ability in the average level, able to work in the post competency, on this basis, through system training to improve the nursing core competence.2.The core competence of a registered nurse with advanced level and higher, N4 interchange level nurses scored the highest in the core competence dimensions.3.As the title promotion, deputy director of the core competence scores highest nurses above personnel, including leadership, interpersonal dimension, deputy director of junior &senior nurse-in-charge is significantly higher than in the following, ethical and legal practice, critical mind/research, clinical care, professional development, education/consulting, deputy director of the five dimensions of nurses is higher than junior &senior staff below, the nurse scored lowest.4.With the increase of working experience in nursing core ability increased year by year, more than 20 years the nurse highest score, 1-5 years the nurse scored lowest, interpersonal relations, education / 11 years scored the highest in the consultation, 10 years following one by one, critical mind/research, clinical care, professional development, leadership, work 1 year scored lowest.5.In different departments, mental hospital registered nurse psychiatric neurologist higher core competence.
