Objectives:Through the investigation of the current situation of the core competence of mobile nurses in a third-grade a hospital in our city,and the research on the factors influencing the core competence of mobile nurses,to explore the differences in nurse's core competence between mobile nurses and non-mobile nurses,and the differences among mobile pool nurses with different academic degrees,professional titles and working years,It points out the direction for the training and use management of nurses in the mobile hospital database,to provide references for improving the core competence of mobile nurses and improving the quality of nursing,to provide a new channel for optimizing the allocation of hospital nursing human resources.Method:This research method is descriptive.A total of 30 mobile database nurses were randomly selected from 2015 to 2018 in a third-class a hospital in our city,and they were set as the experimental group.A total of 30 non-mobile database nurses matching the experimental group's gender,age,education background,professional title,working years and departments were selected as the control group.The questionnaire was designed according to the core competence scale for registered nurses in China(CINR)prepared by professor liu Ming.A questionnaire survey was conducted between the experimental group and the control group.A total of 60 questionnaires were distributed this time,and 60 valid questionnaires(no multiple selection,few selection and missing items)were recovered,with an effective rate of 100%.SPSS 21.0 was used to process and analyze the experimental data.Compared with the control group and the experimental group,the paired t test and Wilcoxon rank sum test were used according to the normality of test data.In the experimental group,the core competence of nurses with different educational backgrounds,professional titles and working years was compared.According to the normality and homogeneity of variance of the data,two independent samples t-test and anova were used.P<0.05 means the difference is statistically significant.Results:1.Comparisonbetween groups: The average score of the core competence of the nurses in the mobile database was 2.44±0.53,and that of the nurses in the non-mobile database was 2.19±0.60,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Comparison on CINR dimensions: In terms of critical thinking and scientific research,the average score of mobile nurses was 2.03±0.47,and that of non-mobile nurses was 2.00±1.03,with no statistical significance.In clinical nursing,the average score of mobile nurses was 2.56±0.62,and that of non-mobile nurses was 2.02±0.68,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.In terms of leadership,the average score of mobile nurses was 2.44±0.63,and that of non-mobile nurses was 2.17±0.60,with no statistical significance.In terms of interpersonal relationship,the average score of mobile database nurses was 2.54±0.67,and that of non-mobile database nurses was 2.32±0.64,the difference was not statistically significant.In terms of legal and ethical practice,the average score of mobile nurses was 3.00±0.75,and that of non-mobile nurses was 2.60±0.74,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of professional development,the average score of mobile nurses was 2.61±0.60,and that of non-mobile nurses was 2.31±0.74,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of education and consultation,the average score of mobile nurses was 2.25±0.71,and that of non-mobile nurses was 2.00±0.47,with no statistical significance.Among them,the experimental group and the control group scored the lowest in critical thinking and scientific research,and the highest in legal and ethical practice.2.Comparison in the group: The total score of core competence of mobile database nurses with bachelor's degree was 153.35±27.71,and the total score of core competence of mobile database nurses with college degree was 137.40±36.43,the difference was not statistically significant.The total score of the core competence of the mobile nurses with the professional title was 155.67±23.63,and the total score of the core competence of the nurses without the professional title was 131.83±31.20,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The total score of core competence of mobile storehouse nurses who had worked for less than 1 year was 114.75±29.13,the total score of core competence of mobile storehouse nurses who had worked for 1-2 years(?1 year and<2 years)was 149.00±25.29,the total score of core competence of mobile storehouse nurses who had worked for 2-3 years(?2 years and<3 years)was 131.69±26.45,and the total score of core competence of mobile storehouse nurses who had worked for 3 years was 171.17±20.99.Among them,there was a difference between nurses with 1-2 years' working experience and those with less than 1 year's working experience;there was a difference between nurses with 2-3 years' working experience and those with more than 3 years' working experience;there was a difference between nurses with more than 3 years' working experience and those with less than 1 year's working experience,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Through the research found that,the mobile library nurse than a non-motor vehicle library nurses on clinical nursing,legal,ethical practice and professional development has an advantage that the mobile library by nurses in motor,training,exercise,between different departments to improve their own ability and the future development,as well as to the construction of the hospital care is good,the hospital under their own conditions allow nurses can cultivate more mobile library.2.The hospital should focus on the cultivation and exploration of nurses' weak abilities,especially the cultivation of critical thinking and scientific research ability,so as to further improve the core competence of nurses and promote their comprehensive and balanced development.3.Through the comparison within the group of mobile database nurses,it is found that there is no difference in the core competence between the mobile database nurses with bachelor's degree and those with college degree.Compared with nurses without professional titles,mobile nurses with professional titles have advantages in core competence.The core competence of mobile database nurses who have worked for 3 years is the strongest,and that of mobile database nurses who have worked for less than 1 year is the worst.There is no difference between the core competence of mobile database nurses who have worked for 1-2 years and 2-3 years.Therefore,Professional title and working years are positively correlated with the core competence of mobile nurses,the hospital should stratify the training and use of mobile nurses.
