ObjectiveIn To Understand the status of nurses and nurses' core competence of Chinese medicine hospital in Changsha and explore the influencing factors of nurses' core competence,Analysis of the Correlation between Job Burnout Level and Nurses' Core Competence,To provide reference for the improvement of nurses' core competence of Chinese medicine hospital in Changsha.MethodThis study is a descriptive study.Using a questionnaire survey and multi-stage sampling,from June to August 2017,cluster sampling was used to incorporate all four levels of Changsha City's tertiary A hospital into a study.By sampling,759 nurses from four tertiary-level Chinese medicine hospitals in Changsha were included in the study using general demographic data questionnaires,the Chinese Registered Nurse Core Competence Scale,and the Nurse's Occupational Burnout Scale.Using Excel,SPSS22.0 software for statistical description of the data,t test,test for variance,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,statistical significance of the statistical significance of P <0.05 suggested statistical significance.Result1.The core competence scores of Chinese medicine hospital in Changsha were 141.13 ± 36.51,and the average scores in each dimension were 2.56 ± 0.67.The rankings of core competence in each dimension from high to low were clinical nursing,leadership ability,ethics and law.,interpersonal communication,education consulting,professional development,scientific research and critical thinking;17.65% of nurses in the hospital have low core competence;60.47% of nurses have a core competence level;only 21.87% of nurses have core competence levels.At ahigh level,nurses have the highest scores for their own responsible jobs,and comprehensive analysis of data from multiple sources has the lowest score.2.The three dimensions of job burnout,depersonalization,and personal achievement sense of nurses in Changsha City Hospital were 22.70± 12.05,8.03 ± 6.23,and 28.81 ± 9.54,respectively,indicating that the nurses were moderately emotionally debilitated and disqualified.Moderate degree of degree,nurses have a high sense of personal accomplishment and light burnout.3.The results of single factor analysis of nurse core competence in Changsha City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital show that the general population demographics of nurses include age,gender,marital status,highest academic qualifications,job title,job title,length of service,type of employment,specialty time,and study abroad.There were statistically significant differences in the 11 variables(such as teaching and scientific research)in the core competence of nurses(P\u003c0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the level of core competence of nurses was negatively correlated with the degree of self-efficacy failure and the degree of depersonalization.Personal self-fulfillment was positively correlated.4.The results of the multi-factor analysis of the core competence of nurses in the third-level hospitals in Changsha show that the factors affecting the core competence of the nurses in the hospital include: personal sense of accomplishment,participation in teaching and research,job title,specialist time,emotional failure,and equation formula Y.=83.149 15.197 Position 13.592 participated in teaching and research 3.76 where the specialist time 1.141 personal sense of accomplishment-0.230 emotional failure,the equation determines the coefficient R2= 0.229,P = 0.000.Conclusion1.The core competence of nurses in Changsha City Hospital is at a medium level,the occupational burnout of nurses is lighter,and the degree of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization is medium,personal personal satisfaction is high.2.The core competence of nurses in Changsha City Hospital was negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,and it was positively correlated with personal accomplishment.3.Personal feelings of accomplishment,participation in teaching and research,positions,specialist hours,and emotional failure are the main factors affecting the level of core competence of nurses in TCM hospitals.
