The 19th CPC National Congress's report points out the promotion of integrating the development of urban and rural compulsory education and the high value of rural obligations education.The rural boarding system is a special group.In 2001,the layout adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools was started,which attracted much attention from the society.In the process,many provinces have put forward the new principle which is"the village does not run primary school and the township does not run high school".Rural primary and township secondary schools in China have been canceled and merged by township central primary schools and county schools to form a scale school to optimize education resources.Influenced by this point,the rural boarding school increased,solved students'distance question,and the few school difficult problem.Along with the increase of rural boarding students,and the special psychological and physical characteristics of the teenagers,rural boarding middle school students become the focus of society.The special boarding discipline system appears a lot of special phenomenon.Parents of Boarding school students go out to work,and leave children at home raised by grandparents or other guardians,at the same time,the time they get along with is less,and in boarding schools,students in the discipline of the environment and live with peers and learning from teacherg.The relationship of students and peer is especially important.In the peer relationship,there are many problems of exchanging and communication.The investigation also shows that there are different degrees of school bullying in the campus of junior high school students in boarding schools.At the same time,through the analysis of the relationship between the two,this thesis found that there is a significant correlation between bullying and peer relationship.Starting from this phenomenon,the author goes deep into the five villages and four cities of Henan's five boarding schools in rural areas,respectively to the eastern and western,north,southern of Henan boarding schools in rural junior high school to survey and investigate it.Take the rural boarding schools students peer relations and bullying as the breakthrough point,by literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and through 1500questionnaire distributed,combining quantitative and qualitative methods,describing the peer relations and campus of Henan rural boarding middle bullying situation,analysing the influence factors,and exploring the improvement method.This study mainly consists of three parts:The first part is the starting point of the research.Divided into the introduction and research design,and the author's research question,and combed the domestic and foreign literature review,the paper describes the theoretical basis for the research,as well as the overall train of thought and methods of the study and the research hypothesis.The second part is the reinforcement of the research.The research result analysis and in-depth discussion of research is included.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the overall sample,and targeted to individual interview,researching the root cause of the phenomenon,in-depth influencing factors of rural boarding middle peer relations and bullying.The third part is the improvement of the research,including the countermeasures and conclusion of chapter 5.This paper studies the countermeasures of improving peer relationship and school bullying in rural boarding school,and draws the final influencing factors from four aspects:individual,school,family and society.Finally,it reflects the shortcomings of the whole research and puts forward the prospect for the research.
