With the development of the Internet,many incidents of school bullying have been reported continuously.At the same time,school bullying also occurs frequently in junior high school,which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of students.In order to improve the dispersion of educational resources in the underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions and the difficulty of going to school in remote areas,built a number of boarding primary and secondary schools in the rural areas of the central and western regions.P County A Middle School in this study is a semi-boarding school.Students are usually in a closed management,test-oriented education and monotonous campus life environment,which makes school bullying appear one after another in boarding junior high schools.The occurrence of school bullying is the result of the mutual influence of many factors.Under the premise that the objective environment cannot be changed in a short time,by changing the bullies themselves,the occurrence of school bullying can be reduced from the source,and try to influence the micro and medium level of the bullies.view system.At the same time,combining cognitive behavior theory,social learning theory and ecological system theory,a group is formed with school bullies as the object,and group members are involved in group work from the perspectives of cognition,emotion and behavior to help them change their unreasonable cognition and emotion.And improve the team members' emotions towards family and school.Finally,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for preventing and managing school bullying from the four levels of students' individual,family,school and society.
