Study On The Promotion Of Medical Professionalism In Shanghai

In the current medical and health field,the introduction of market mechanism and the change of medical system have caused a great impact on the traditional medical professionalism,resulting in the lack of trust and the tense relationship between doctors and patients.Physician is both a clinical worker and a direct participant in medical reform.It is necessary to study medical professionalism in order to maintain the healthy development of doctors and medicine.Nowadays,medical professionalism has been paid more and more attention,and the deepening of medical reform has put forward new requirements for medical professionalism.However,there are some problems in the medical professionalism in Shanghai at present: 1.the cognition of medical professionalism is not enough;2.the overall level of medical professionalism needs to be improved;3.medical professionalism evaluation index system is not perfect;4.ignoring the role of doctor-patient interaction in medical professionalism construction.In addition,the study of medical professionalism in China is mostly for cultivation and curriculum reform,and the evaluation of medical professionalism is relatively less.Therefore,it is urgent to establish an evaluation index system for medical professionalism,so as to provide a basis for comprehensive evaluation of medical professionalism,enhance medical professionalism,provide better services for patients and improve the quality of medical services.Taking Shanghai as the background,this article selects the medical staff of the Shanghai hospital as the research object of the medical professionalism.It mainly studies the present situation of the medical professionalism.The main innovations of this paper are two points.First,we need to build an evaluation index system based on four dimensions: moral literacy,professionalism,interpersonal skills and information literacy.Two,information literacy is an important part of medical professionalism.Three,comparing the evaluation results of medical professionalism from the two angles of doctor and patient The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the conception and basic theory of medical professionalism are elaborated,and founding the main problems through the study of the development status of medical professionlism;secondly,this paper discusses the connotation,characteristics and elements of medical professionlism;third,this paper used the method of literature research to construct medical professionliam evaluation index system in Shanghai preliminarily,and using the factor analysis method,AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine each evaluation index and these weight;fourth,based on the above research,this paper selected 10 hospitals in Shanghai,and conducted a questionnaire survey of medical staff and patients.The empirical results show that the overall situation of medical professionalism is good,and the scores of the patients to medical professionlism evaluation are lower than that of the doctor's.From the four dimensions of each index score analysis,we can see that supreme patients interests,social responsibility,innovation ability,learning enthusiasm,continuous learning,dealing with interpersonal relationships effectively,active listening to patients,effective communication guidance for patients,using the information network platform to obtain information and selection and evaluation information scores lower.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the medical professionalism in Shanghai.
