With the promotion of the strategy of "Healthy China 2020 and Healthy China 2030",China’s health industry is developing towards an all-round and full-cycle healthy industry. With the prosperity of health industry,high-level medical education in China is facing new challenges.Facing the impact of new medical disciplines and new demands, health practitioners are required not only to have excellent professional qualities, but also to have unique insights and creative applications in practice and scientific research. Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate graduate students with both professional and highly educated professional degrees. On the one hand, the new demand of health industry for medical degree postgraduates can be summarized as follows: adjusting and controlling the scale of training, paying attention to professional characteristics, emphasizing practical training and broadening the field of employment;on the other hand, the training of medical degree postgraduates has the predicament of unreasonable discipline structure, homogeneity and poor practical ability. In order to deeply analyze the fit between the development of health industry and medical professional degree, and to find out the development status and problems of several major medical professional degrees, this paper investigates and analyses several medical professional degrees: through network data analysis, the possibility of saturation of health human resources in Chongqing is found;on the other hand, through investigation,it is found that there is a shortage of professional degrees in health industry. The scale of the exhibition is insufficient;this paper further investigates the postgraduate training modes of geriatrics, nursing, general medicine and public health, and finds that the problems faced by different majors are not the same.Generally, the training modes are not distinctive and paradigm-based.It also investigates the quality of practical training of professional degrees in order to find out the influencing factors.According to the investigation and analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions for training reform: reforming the training of medical degree postgraduates based on social needs, including adjusting the recruitment structure dynamically and employing units participating in postgraduate training;paying attention to the quality of professional degree practical training, including basic ability training of professional degree postgraduates, the guidance of teachers and the adjustment of rotation scheme;focusing on the tight health industry.Specific suggestions for the lack of specialties in order to achieve the characteristic development of professional degrees are put forward. It is suggested that training units should expand and maintain the employment information and channels of Postgraduates in the new form.
