The standardized training of resident doctors in Chongqing started in1999 in seven hospitals.On December 31,2013,the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other seven departments jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on the Establishment of Standardized Training of Residents.The Opinions require that the standardized training of resident doctors be implemented nationwide from 2015.Therefore,Chongqing 5 In2015,the city launched the standardized resident training work in an all-round way.It is expected that by 2020,the standardized resident training system will be basically established.After five years of resident standardization training,Chongqing resident standardization training has made corresponding achievements and experience,but there are still many shortcomings in the process of training and assessment.For the medical humanities quality of resident standardization training trainees,the author believes that it plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality of training."Opinions on Deepening Medical-Educational Synergy and Further Promoting the Reform and Development of Medical Education" of the General Office of the State Council points out that ideological andpolitical education and medical ethics training should run through the whole process of education and teaching,promote the organic combination of humanistic education and professional education,guide medical students to take the prevention of diseases,relieving illness and safeguarding the health rights and interests of the masses as their professional responsibilities,and teach medical humanistic literacy.As an important part of standardized resident training,education plays an irreplaceable role in the whole process of personnel training.This study investigates the awareness of medical humanities literacy among residents of Grade 2015 and 2016 in Chongqing,designs questionnaires by using expert survey method,and analyses the results of questionnaires by statistical method.It also analyses the current situation of residents' awareness of medical humanities literacy in Grade 2015 and 2016 in Chongqing,and further studies the awareness of medical humanities literacy among residents of Grade 2015 and 2016 in Chongqing.The causes of the current situation provide theoretical basis for improving the medical humanities literacy of residents' standardized training trainees,and lay a foundation for improving the medical humanities literacy of residents' standardized training trainees in Chongqing.Through the research,the countermeasures to improve the medical humanistic literacy of residents in Chongqing are drawn: first,to improve the medical humanistic literacy of residents in the standardized training of residents in Chongqing by usingthe strategic background of healthy China;second,the standardized training base of residents should pay attention to the weight and quality of the knowledge points of medical humanistic literacy in the routine assessment and completion assessment,and the teachers should pay attention to improving the quality of the knowledge points of medical humanistic literacy.Resident standardized training students' medical humanistic literacy ability,resident standardized training base should pay attention to creating a strong atmosphere of medical humanistic literacy;third: Resident standardized training students should improve their medical humanistic literacy and enhance their medical humanistic literacy ability.
