Objective: Through investigate the Current situation of first national Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases construction to explore the main factor that affects the quality of Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases construction and Put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide scientific basis for health administrative departments to perfect the Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases construction.Methods: First of all, make general descriptive statistical analysis to the basic situation of the base hospital and secondly,use the method which combine the qualitative and quantitative research to make questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews on medical Residents and personnel which relevant to the training works.Evaluate and put forward opinions and suggestions which mainly focus on the situation of Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases construction.Finally, use χ2test,Wilcoxon rank test, Kruskal.Wallis test to make Statistical analysis.Result: At present,Resident standardization training in Xinjiang has carried out,And get the high priority and support of national health and Family Planning Commission, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Party committee and government. We had summarized current problems in Xinjiang Medical resident training bases construction and implementation process through this investigation,as follows(1) There have discrepancy of arrangements of Basic conditions in basic hospital, Especially on quantity of Cases, library resources, construction of network information system, clinical skill simulated training centers construction and utilization.(2) Functional management departments is lagging behind, Part of the professional base can not run in accordance with scheme, lack of dynamic quality evaluation mechanism and Supporting policies.(3) The training content, assessment methods and ways of teaching are not standardized, lack of unified teaching materials and test Databases. Due to these proplems, can not reflect the real level of medical residents.(4)Teachers level is extraordinarily uneven, teacher responsibilities are not clear, lack ofEnthusiasm.(5) Information management system using situation is not good, operated complicated, there have frequent error when system is operating.(6)There have rising trend on the enrollment of many major at basic area. There are many differences between medical resident in different identity on training treatment.(7) States subsidies have been implemented, but lack of special funds to support. Application scope and requirements of all kinds of funds supported by nation are vague, Therefore there have the phenomenon of improper using of funds.(8) Medical Resident and relevant personnel have satisfied with the training content, teachers and assessment, during construction of hospital of basic area, Means were 4.0-4.2. They have satisfaction is generally with the basic conditions, organization management, during construction of hospital of basic area,Means were 3.90. They have not quite satisfied with the btraining system, during construction of hospital of basic area, Means were 3.79. Medical residents have extremely dissatisfied with Remuneration, accommodation, social welfare, Means were 2.88-3.23.Conclusion: The balanced development of base construction, system construction and organization management continues to improve, improve the quality of teaching,standardized training contents and methods, refining training evaluation system, to improve treatment of residency, strive for more state and local funding problems will be key to physician practice training base construction and development of the hospitalized in Xinjiang.
