With the transition of medical model and the change of demand in social medical service,residents not only need to treat patients with superb professional skills,but also need to treat them with respect and humanistic care,which requires a higher demand in humanistic quality of residents.In the medical education,the standardized training is not only the key stage for the medical students to grow into qualified residents,but also the important stage to train their medical humanistic quality.It is suitable to explore and establish a set of medical humanistic quality evaluation for China’s national conditions,and to understand the situation of humanistic quality of residents’ compliance training.Because all these have positive and practical significance in promoting our country’s medical humanities education reform,helping the standardized training physicians to improve their medical humanistic quality,improving the quality of medical services,and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.With the support of the research project “on the evaluation indexes system and evaluation methods of physicians’ medical humanistic quality sponsored” of National Medical Examination Center of National Health and Family Planning Commission,based on the research achievements of other relevant topics,this study selects medical ethics,medical and mental health law,communication skills,empathy and a sense of responsibility as core index to compile the residents’ medical humanities accomplishment evaluation questionnaire through expert consultation.This study selects teachers,resident colleagues,nurse colleagues,patients and residents themselves as evaluation subject,uses 360 degree evaluation method to evaluate the medical humanistic quality of 171 residents in grade 2015 who were in the three affiliated hospitals of a medical college in Chongqing city.Finally,this study has carried on the correlation analysis with the 360 degree evaluation results and the OSCE examination result.Through the statistical analysis of the data,this study draws the following conclusions:1.Through the test and analysis of clone Bach coefficient by SPSS18.0,it shows that the evaluation results have good reliability and validity.Empirical studies have also proved that it is significantly related to the OSCE evaluation results.It shows that using the 360 degree evaluation method to evaluate the medical humanities accomplishment of the medical residents is scientific,objective and effective.2.Through Statistical analysis from the perspective of sociology characteristics,It is found that whether different education background or qualifications of medical practitioners,the gauge from physicians medical humanities accomplishment situation doesn’t change significantly;Women who rule from physicians medical humanities accomplishment score slightly higher than male(p<0.05).This suggests that currently continuing Post graduate education for medical undergraduates and practicing doctors’ qualifications examination don’t have obvious effects on medical humanities accomplishment;Gender has some influence on the level of Medical Humanities,and it is also related to the fact that female is tender,more careful and considerate than male.3.From the view of evaluation items,it suggests that item 2(that is the trust relationship between doctors and patients)is on the lowest score in all five types of evaluation subject,which also includes medical practitioners themselves.It shows that the lack of trust between Physicians and patients is the main reason which leads to the tension between them.And this is also consistent with the situation of current doctor-patient relationship.4.From the perspective of evaluation subject,it shows that others’ evaluation results are more consistent and better in relevance,especially for very individual physician.It shows that others’ evaluation method can check and screen these physician who have very poor medical humanities,however the results of self-assessment have no correlation with the results of others’ evaluation.And this shows that it is not suitable to apply physicians itself to 360 degree evaluation method.The innovation of this research is embodied in two aspects: first,the 360 degree evaluation method is established to evaluate medical humanities quality doctors’ medical humanities,and through the statistical analysis,it has proved the method is scientific,effective and feasible.Second,with the application of the 360 degree evaluation method,the paper analyzes the current situation of Medical humanities quality,and obtains some valuable conclusions.Combined with research conclusion,this paper puts forward three aspects of proposals for the evaluation of medical humanities quality of residents which uses 360 degree evaluation method: first,on the main part of the evaluation,the self-evaluation is lack of correlation,so it can not be included in the total score,but only for reference;second,on the evaluation index,evaluation index behavior should be made so that it will be more suitable for observation and evaluation;third,on the evaluation of implementation,the investigators should pay attention to each link of the humanistic care,focus on ethics and security issues,strengthen the education of the investigation,and do the publicity of investigation.At the same time,this paper puts forward the following relevant suggestions in the medical education and the training in hospital:In the stage of academic education,one is to reform the existing curriculum system,and to increase the humanities curriculum setup and integration of the humanities courses for undergraduates;The second is to change single teaching and evaluation model,and to pay attention to medical humanistic quality,scientific research ability and synchronous improvement of medical skills.In hospital training phase,one is to focus on the role of teachers,who should have good skill and high medical ethics.The second is to intensify the humanities training,to strengthen humanistic evaluation and feedback,and to urge physicians to strengthen their self-cultivation.
