| Standardized training is the key stage of the transformation of medical students to qualified residents,in the standardized training of residents,the cultivation of good medical ethics is directly related to the quality of clinical physicians and the quality of medical service in the future.It also concerns whether good doctor-patient relationship can be formed.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the study of medical ethics education in standardized training for residents.This article takes the Children’s Hospital of Soochow University as an example to conduct research.Through observing and understanding the actual situation of medical ethics education in standardized training of residents,it is found that there are a lot of problems,such as a single understanding of the education goals of medical ethics in hospitals and residents,flawed medical education content and course design,backward methods and means of medical ethics education,and difficult to quantify the effects of medical ethics education.The reasons for these problems include the impact of national policies,the insufficient attention of hospitals to medical ethics education,and the lack of attention of residents to their medical ethics.Based on the research of the hospital and the theory of learning,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed,including under the background of the minimum essential requirements for global medical education(GMER)the reshaping of the concept of medical ethics education,optimization of medical ethics education content and improvement of educational methods,quantification of the evaluation of the effectiveness of medical ethics education,etc.And then through the selection of the Children’s Hospital of Soochow University paediatric,pediatric surgery,ultrasound,radiology,anesthesiology,five national standardized professional training base for residents of the 2015-2017 level of a total of 248 residents in a questionnaire survey,We have done a sampling survey and statistical analysis of the medical ethics status of the resident who participate in the standardized training,and finally formed the medical ethics evaluation scale which is suitable for our country’s national conditions,aiming at improving or enhancing the medical ethics education level of the resident standardized training,which promotes the reform of medical humanities education in our country.It also has a positive practical significance to promote the training of physicians to improve their medical humanities,improve the quality of medical service and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. |
