The Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Teaching Teacher For Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases Construction In Xinjiang

Objective: To improve the training system of standardized training for resident doctors,through the curriculum arrangement,module arrangement and evaluation system of specialized system,the satisfaction degree of teachers' capital should be investigated,and the training system of teacher training should be evaluated scientifically.The aim is to provide good advice and introduce more practical and effective methods for standardized training of resident doctors and teacher training.By investigating the degree of satisfaction of teachers participating in teacher training,the commissioned teacher training institutions can formulate more suitable standards for training specifications and objectives,and grasp their learning trends in a timely manner and provide decision-making basis.Methods: According to the national,autonomous region hospital and teacher training training guidance requirements,the use of education evaluation theory,operational research,statistics theory and methods,literature review,index selection,expert consultation,satisfaction survey,establishment of satisfaction evaluation index analysis of satisfaction.Results: Preliminary completion of the relevant indicators of satisfaction survey,and indicators of the score and satisfaction ratio analysis results,a total of 3 parts of the 39 indicators.Conclusion: The scientific establishment and reasonable analysis of the index system not only makes the quality of standardized training and training of resident teachers more comprehensive and scientific,but also makes the evaluation and management work more specific and formal.The satisfaction analysis makes the teacher training quality and training in teaching the standardized training of resident physicians to comprehensively improve the quality and strengthen,to promote the balanced development of hospital physicians standardized training,can better balance the skills,adapt to the training of hospital physicians future development direction.
