Objective:The objective of this thesis is to learn about the status quos and existing pro-blems of humanistic literacy training for nurses domestic and overseas, and to build intensivemedical humanistic literacy trainingmode which is oriented by improving humanistic practice ability. Also aiming to explore the training effect and relative factors, and to providecertain reference for post orientation of nurses with standardized training. Methods:To understand the states quos about humanities training at the nurses'standard training stage by consulting relative research domestic and overseas. In the third Class Grade A general hospitals of a city in Sichuan Province,532 nurses who had standardized training were surveyed by two questionnaires, which are the current humanistic training status and demand questionnaire and the humanistic practice ability evaluation scale. And to analyze the general information, current humanistic training status, training demands and humanistic practice ability of nurses with standardized training.Combined with the current status and demands, constructing a diversified and phased intensive medical humanistic quality training mode, and implementing medical humanistic quality training among nurses.According to the requirements of research,268 nurses who were enrolled in 2018 with standardized training were set as the experimental group. They would have diversified and phased intensive medical humanistic quality training on the basis of traditional training;and 264 nurses who were enrolled in 2017 with standardized training were set as the control group. They would have the traditional training. The training period is 12 months in total. After the training, using an overall evaluation for all the participants. The overall evaluation includes nurses' humanistic quality, training satisfaction, patient satisfaction, assessment results and other indicators.SPSS22.0 software was used to statistically analyze the data and to compare the results to confirm any statistical difference.Results:1.Analysis of the general information of the two groups of nurses:The results of the survey on the general information of the nurses enrolled in 2017 and 2018 with standardized training indicated there is no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age, professional title, genderand education background(P>0.05).2.It is understood from the survey that 89%of the nurses with standardized training inthe third Class Grade A general hospitals of a citytwo hospitals believed that the training effect of the current training mode was relatively poor, and 85%believed that it was necessary to participate in the training courses of improving the humanistic quality.3.Before the training, there was no significant difference in the total store and the score of each dimension of humanistic practice ability evaluation between the experimental group and the control group. Also, there was no significant difference between theory test and skill test scores(P>0.05),which was comparable.4.After the training, the humanistic practice ability of nurses in the experimental group before and after the training were compared. The results indicated that the scores of humanistic practice ability of nurses in the experimental group after intensive training(95.15±17.9)were significantly higher than those before training(83.61±17.43),especially in communication ability and ethical and legal practice ability, that meansthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After the training, the nurses in the experimental group and the control group were compared in terms of their humanistic practice ability, training satisfaction, patient satisfaction and examination results. The results showed that the scores of humanistic practice ability of nurses in the experimental group(95.15±17.9)were significantly higher than those in the control group(82.75±10.62),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction score of the experimental group(3.78±0.59)was significantly higher than that of the control group(2.46 ±0.84),and the patients'satisfaction score of the experimental group(52.28±5.61)was significantly higher than that of the control group(37.04±6.57),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of theory test in experimental group(79.58±7.73)was higher than that in control group(75.91±7.62),and the score of skill test(76.51±8.82)was higher than that in control group(73.47±6.37),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)6.After training, the difference in humanistic practice ability of nurses between genders was analyzed, with the results showing that the scores of male nurses(13.08±2.29)were lower than those of female nurses(14.54±3.98)in terms of interpersonal communication ability, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)7.After the training, the humanistic practice ability of nurses in the control group before and after the training was compared. The results indicated no significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of humanistic practice ability before training(82.62±10.87)and after training(82.75±10.62).Conclusion:1.The traditional humanistic quality training makes poor effect, which needs to be further intensified.2.The application of diversified and phased intensive humanistic training mode oriented by humanistic practice ability can effectively improve the humanistic practice ability of nurses with standardized training, especially their communication ability and ethical and legal practice ability. In the meantime,it leaves a significant effect on improving the humanistic quality knowledge and skills of nurses, their satisfaction with the training and patients'satisfaction.
