Research On The Influencing Factors Of Doctor-doctor Knowledge Transfer In Teleconsultation

Under the guidance of the national macro policy,teleconsultation has shown a good development trend and solved the problems of insufficient medical resources,uneven distribution of resources and shortage of talents in grassroots medical institutions to some extent.However,some problems have emerged in the rapid development of teleconsultation,such as the weak service capacity of primary medical and health institutions,insufficient service leve,and communication barriers between doctors in primary hospitals and experts in higher hospitals.The root cause of these problems are the poor communication between doctors and the unsatisfactory effect of knowledge transfer between doctors.How to improve the effectiveness of the doctor-doctor knowledge transfer of teleconsultation and fundamentally improve the service capacity of grassroots medical institutions are the key problems of this thesis.However,at present,there is a lack of research on knowledge transfer of teleconsultation in China,most of the research on medical knowledge transfer at home and abroad focuses on doctor-patient aspects,ignoring the importance of knowledge transfer between doctors.Based on this,this thesis applies knowledge transfer to the field of teleconsultation service and conducts research from the perspective of doctors in primary hospitals.By summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the influencing factors,process models and effects of knowledge transfer,combining with the actual characteristics of teleconsultation and considering the mediating effect of interaction degree,this thesis puts forward the theoretical model of influencing factors of the doctor-doctor knowledge transfer in teleconsultation and makes research assumptions.According to this model,the design scale,and the doctors in primary hospitals who had received the consultation of Telemedicine Center of Henan were investigated as research object,through the questionnaire recovery of 420 valid data,SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 were used to analyze variance and structural model test and the mediation effect inspection and so on,get the following conclusion:(1)The willingness and ability of knowledge source,the receive willingness and absorb ability of knowledge receiver,the relationship quality and organizational system of knowledge transfer context,and procedure quality all have significant positive influence on the effect of knowledge transfer.(2)Tacit knowledge of knowledge characteristics has a significant negative effect on the effect of knowledge transfer,and it has a more significant effect on the effect of knowledge transfer through interaction between doctors.(3)Explicit knowledge of knowledge characteristics,diagnosis and treatment environment of knowledge transfer context and hardware quality all have positive influence on knowledge transfer indirectly through the interaction between doctors.Based on the theoretical and empirical results,this thesis put forward some suggestions to promote the effect of doctor-doctor knowledge transfer in teleconsultation from the aspects of knowledge source,knowledge receiver,context of knowledge transfer and media of knowledge transfer.
