Research On Doctor-patient Communication Strategy Based On Knowledge Visualization

At present,doctor-patient contradiction has become a new social contradiction,which impacts and affects the normal medical order,causes huge losses to medical and health undertakings,and affects the social harmony and stability.In the process of doctor-patient interaction,the causes of doctor-patient disputes are various,and the main source of contradiction is the communication between doctors and patients.(The complexity of medical decision-making situation and doctor-patient cognitive differences are the main causes of communication problems between doctors and patients.)Doctor-patient communication is to point to in a certain medical situations both doctors to patients health communication behavior,for the purpose of medical services has a strong professional,due to the communication subject and external environment factors,such as communication will appear in the process of all kinds of communication disorders,cause the information asymmetry between doctors and secondly because the current tense doctor-patient relationship,trust in doctors and patients,so once failed to meet expectations of patients and damage of party interests,can produce conflicts or disputes between patient and physician.Aiming at this problem,this paper studies the application strategy of knowledge visualization in doctor-patient communication,designs the doctor-patient communication platform with strategy guidance,and verifies the effectiveness of the platform in the communication process through examples,in order to improve the quality of doctor-patient communication and alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients.In this paper,problems encountered by patients in the process of doctor-patient diagnosis and treatment communication and their communication needs were first obtained through user survey,and four key problems causing difficulties in doctor-patient communication were summarized and extracted,namely,communication methods,communication needs,knowledge differences and cognitive differences.Then according to the above question the ways of application of the combination of knowledge visualization to deliver content as a benchmark in medical diagnosis and treatment process,put forward the medical visualization module,plan formulation visualization module,medical knowledge animation module module,metaphor paradigm,pathology of 3 d visualization module,the module and so on six language expression visualization module,the formation of doctor-patient communication strategy based on knowledge visualization.Finally the physician-patient communication strategy to guide the design product realization way,including the diagnosis and treatment information visualization doctor-patient communication App design and doctor-patient communication sharing VR glasses design,software design platform to achieve the illness,health care,andtreatment process information such as the simple,intuitive,and effective delivery and hardware products to VR glasses as a carrier to realize 3 d visualization module of visual presentation,auxiliary doctor-patient communication effectively.This study takes visualization of doctor-patient communication in coronary heart disease as a practical case to verify the feasibility of related visualization modules and provide reference for solving doctor-patient communication problems.
