The hospital is a non-profit organization that provides professional medical services for the masses of the people.It carries the mission of the people's disease treatment and health care.The triage is the primary task of disease diagnosis.The triage nurse shoulders the responsibility of disease assessment and consultation.How to use the performance appraisal indicators(standards)with the characteristics of “triage diagnosis” to analyze and evaluate the work behaviors of the triage nurses and the work performance they formed,and actively guide the triage nurses to improve their business ability and improve the quality of the triage.Also satisfy the realistic requirements and due choices of the growing demand for health care services for the broad masses of the people.This study analyzes the literature on performance appraisal and combines the uniqueness of the work of nurses in the outpatient clinic of A tertiary general hospital.The Delphi method is used to analyze the performance appraisal indicators of the outpatients in the A tertiary general hospital.The position of indicators in the overall indicator system is to clarify the contribution of all levels and indicators to the overall indicator system.After expert interviews and two rounds of expert correspondence,the performance appraisal indicators and weights of the outpatients in the A tertiary general hospitals were finally established,and they were initially constructed from five dimensions: work ability,work attitude,work quality,team awareness and learning growth(including 15 secondary indicators like theoretical knowledge,professional level,emergency response capability,etc.and 30 three-level indicators like specialist basic knowledge,outpatient rules and regulations,work processes,professional knowledge and skills,etc.).In order to test whether the newly constructed outpatient clinic performance appraisal indicators are compared with the original performance appraisal indicators,it is more suitable for the actual performance appraisal of A hospital outpatient nurses.The researchers provide satisfaction questionnaires to the first-line outpatient medical staff and managers.Statistical analysis showed that the satisfaction of the performance appraisal indicator system of the new designed was significantly improved,and the statistical test was significant.
