Outpatient triage table is the window of a hospital,while guide nurse of outpatient triage is the hospital’s image ambassador,i.e.,the outpatient triage is the most important part during the outpatient procedure.Guide nurses of outpatient triage provide basic consultation,disease evaluation service,ensure patient,as well as medical environment’s safety for patients.That makes professional nursing technology,nursing etiquette,humanistic care and also knowledge of psychology all essential to outpatient triage nurse.Therefore,there is a vast difference between the performance assessment of outpatient triage nurse and regular nurse.This paper studies the design of performance evaluation system for outpatient triage nurses in M hospital.In this master thesis,we taking M hospital as the research object,using 360 degrees examination comment method,analytic hierarchy process method and related theories of Business Administration to design outpatient triage nurses’ performance evaluation system and performance evaluation information system and its implementing strategy.Firstly,thesis expounds the basic concepts of performance,performance evaluation and performance management,analyzes the content and importance of outpatient triage job,the professional duties and quality requirements of outpatient triage nurses,and expounds the concept and steps of analytic hierarchy process.Secondly thesis uses literature search and 360 degrees examination comment methods to study outpatient triage nurse performance evaluation index system.Using the method of literature search,this paper designs the preliminary performance evaluation index system,and then selects and establishes the final performance evaluation index system by using the method of expert interview.Thirdly,based on the established performance evaluation index system,we design a questionnaire to carry out expert inquiry.With the expert inquiry result,the weights of the first,second and third level indexes of performance evaluation and were calculated by AHP and SPSS software.The consistency of indicators at all levels was verified scientifically.Finally,in order to ensure the efficient implementation of outpatient triage nurse performance evaluation,we designed the outpatient triage nurse performance evaluation information system of M hospital,explained the overall architecture,core algorithm,function module and comprehensive data output function of the system,and improved and perfected the outpatient triage nurse performance evaluation system of M hospital.This study not only has theoretical significance for improving the performance evaluation system of human resources in Grade 3A hospitals,but also has practical significance for improving the management level of hospital’s outpatient department,promoting the professional ability of triage nurses and the quality of triage.
