A Study Of The Application Of Delphi-AHP Method In The Construction Of An Apprasisal System For Lab Teaching In Medical Schools

Objectives To Investigate higher medical colleges and universitiesexperiment preparations.Using Delphi AHP method to scientifically buildthe indexes system of teaching performance appraisal for the lab technicalstaffs,explore scientific performance evaluation for laboratorytechnologist’s experiment preparation.Methods (1)Qualitative analysis：According to stratified purposesampling, laboratory technologists were interviewed by group discussionand personal interview,get the preliminary work index system after collectinformations.(2) Delphi method: Through two rounds of expertsconsultancies to get the indexes system and each index’s score on the sizeof workload.(3)AHP: through Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate theweights of indexes in each hierarchy. Calculate the difficulty coefficients ofeach program based on test program cards.Results (1) result of qualitative analysis: According to theexperiment, the experimental before and after the experiment induces a complete set of index system, bulided four levers indexs (the operationindexes42indicators), finally index properties are divided into qualitativeindexes and quantitative index;(2)result of Delphi method:The experts areelected according as the drafted conditions.From the qualitative analysis ofexpers’ basic situation.and the quantitative analysis to expert’sauthority.Expert group had well authoritativeness and representative.Thequestionnaire recovery rate is high,and experts are high enthusiasm for thesubject.Gained the amendments after the first round of Delphi.According tothe amendments and index score confirm the index needed amend.Expert’sopinion is concentrated after the second round os Delphi.Gained everyindex score in the index system;(3)result of AHP:Finally build three leversindex system(the operation indexs32indicators).Conclusions After two round consultation to26experts, Build themedical colleges and universities experiment technology to the difficulty ofthe job analysis system,Bulid process is reliable and precise, The resulthave strong theoretical and practical significance, Scientific performanceevaluation for medical colleges and universities experiment and technicalpersonnel has certain reference value.
