Objective:Pass to carry on a survey to the implementation of standardized training for residents in a Three level of first-class hospital in Qigihar province,go deep into to know the resident doctors' satisfaction with standardized training,find problems during execution time,and with literature to put forward with suggestions and countermeasures for improve the system of standardized training,so as to provide a reference for the implementation of more reasonable.Methods:Literature review summarizes factors that may affect the satisfaction of standardized training.According to the actual situation of the hospital,a questionnaire named<the satisfaction of the standardized training of resident doctors> was designed to investigate 217 residents who participated in the standardized training in 2014 and 2015 year.The satisfaction degree and overall satisfaction of the three dimensions including training base,training teachers,incentive guarantee were investigated,and the difference of satisfaction between different ages,monthly incomes and age groups was analyzed.Results:Among the 196 valid questionnaires,overall satisfaction of standardized training for residents is 450 people,accounting for 93.75%.In the analysis of different dimensions,Being 85.71% to the training base satisfaction percent is 87.76% to the training teacher satisfaction percent of satisfaction,for incentive guarantee satisfaction percent as 83.67%.From the survey results,the hospital staff generally have higher satisfaction with the standardized training.Factor affecting employee satisfaction with standardized training was analyzed.The results show that there is a significant difference in satisfaction of standardized training among staff with different education,monthly income and age.Among them,the satisfaction of the staff of different education: Master<Bachelor.The degree of Master satisfaction is obviously lower than that of the undergraduate.The analysis is likely to be that the level of Maste knowledge is relatively high.Therefore,it is higher requirement forthe theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of teaching teacher,in fact,there exists a different level and a larger gap between teachers,which will affect the satisfaction to standardized training.In terms of monthly income,the highest degree of satisfaction is the one whose salary is over 5000 yuan,mainly due to the difference in basic pay and the additional benefits of the section.The satisfaction of different ages to standardized training: more than 30 years old< 25-30 years old<less than 25 years oldBecause older residents may take the responsibility of keeping a family,and the salary income is much lower than that of the normal staff,so the pressure in life may be an important reason for affecting the residents' physician evaluation with standardized training.Conclusions:(1)The overall satisfaction of residents for standardized trainingin the Three level of first-class in Qigihar is 85.71%.The satisfaction in three dimensions of training base,training teachers,and incentive guarantee are all high,indicating that the overall approval degree of the hospital staff to the standardized training is high.(2)According to the analysis,the satisfaction of standardized training is affected by different education,monthly income and age.(3)This paper summarizes the existing problems in the implementation of standardized training,and gives the corresponding solutions.It is suggested to improve of the management system,strengthen the construction of teacher personnel and guarantee system,and promote the implementation of the integration of the graduate training and the standardized training,so as to ensure the better and orderly conduct of the training.To make the students get the best effect.
