Objective:Through the investigation and study of the status quo of the construction of standardized training bases for the first batch of national residents in Guangxi,to understand the weak links in the construction of the base,to explore the main factors affecting the construction quality of the base,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the health administrative competent departments and the base hospital and improve the resident training base to provide a scientific basis for training.Methods:First of all,through the literature research method to understand the standardization of the residents of the policies and regulations and development process,as well as domestic and foreign residents of the development of standardized training and Guangxi status quo;followed by the questionnaire survey of the basic situation of the base hospital to investigate and general description analysis to the survey data.Thirdly,the use of qualitative and quantitative methods of combining physicians and teachers,health departments in charge of the relevant work,the base of the hospital department staff,hospital management experts to conduct a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,the use of The statistical data of the survey data werestatistically analyzed and described by statistic methods such as composition ratio,mean,standard deviation,T test,variance analysis,Wlicoxon rank sum test and Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test.Result:(1)The total numbers of bases are not enough and their basic conditions are not all qualified,so the homogeneity of training quality cannot be guaranteed.(2)The structure and system of the training bases are not complete.(3)The training content is less standardized with little emphasis on recessive professional quality training.(4)The training are easily passed and the assessment system is not standardized.(5)The structure of teaching staff is unreasonable.It is not strict to recruit teachers and their consciousness of teaching is weak.There is no qualification and dynamic management mechanism.The incentive mechanism is not complete and the enthusiasm of teaching is not high.(6)Their is a single financing channel for the training funds,which lead to heavy economic pressure on the base.(7)There is not enough measures for training fee payment which results in low satisfaction and participation from students.Conclusions:(1)Expand the total base numbers and improve the training quality to ensure the homogeneity of the training quality.(2)Constantly improve the organizational structure to optimize institutional construction.(3)Standardize the training content and attach importance on cultivation of recessive professional quality.(4)Enhance the assessment system and be strict with training assessment.(5)For the team construction of teaching staff,the following measures can be taken:(1)Improve the faculty structure and focus on the echelon construction of teachers.(2)Be strict with the recruitment qualification of teaching staff and carry out staff management under supervisors.(3)Regulate the way of guided teaching and make clear rightsand liabilities of guided teaching.(4)Implement incentive compensation mechanism to make reasonable distribution of payment and remuneration.(6)To increase financing channels to achieve a diversification of financing.(7)Concerned about the economic pressure on students to improve their satisfaction and participation.
