Application Research Of BIM Technology In The Protection And Restoration Of Modern Historical And Stylistic Architecture

As a valuable historical and cultural heritage of Tianjin,Tianjin's historical architecture has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and its protection and repair work has gradually begun.As a three-dimensional digital information technology,BIM has been gradually applied to surveying and mapping of buildings,design of projects,and the whole life of construction and construction.This paper is based on the protection and repair project of the old residence of the historical section of Tianjin,which is composed of resident records,model simulations,visits and research methods.It mainly explores the application research of BIM technology in the historical landscape construction and repair engineering in surveying and mapping evaluation,scheme design and construction repair,and provides a sample model and process reference for establishing the digital information method of Tianjin historical architecture.This paper combs and summarizes the general work flow of the historical style building protection and repair project,and builds the working mode framework of the historical style building protection and repair project as a whole.It provides research basis and argumentation support for the establishment of digital information methods and processes.Taking Former Residence of Duan Qirui protection and repair project as an example,in the surveying and mapping evaluation stage,the traditional information collection method was combed and analyzed,and the technical route of BIM technology and 3D laser scanning technology to realize information collection was proposed.In the design stage of the project,the BIM core modeling software Revit suitable for historical architectural design was selected.The application point of BIM collaborative working mode and performance simulation optimization in the design of ontology repairing is proposed.The application of BIM climate feature environment analysis and site layout 3D visualization in environmental rectification design.In the construction repair stage,the application points of the BIM simulation construction and the “staged” function in the main structure reinforcement construction are proposed.This paper puts forward the application points of BIM visual rehearsal and information record management in the repairing construction of the retaining structure,and puts forward the application points of BIM pipeline modeling,pipeline synthesis and collision check in the reconstruction of hydropower system.In addition,this paper also puts forward some suggestions for the problems and future development of BIM technology in the protection and repair of historical buildings.
