Research On The Constructing Technique And Restoration Of The Rural Residence In Changchun

Rural residence in Changchun is one type of the traditional residence in Northeast China,and they have very distinctive regional characteristics.Not only does it absorb some of the characteristics of traditional residence of Han nationality in central China,but also adapts itself to the natural and human environment in which it is located,forming an unique architectural style and construction technique.Rural residence in Changchun has suffered a lot under the process of rural reconstruction.The decay and destruction of the residence are gradually eradicating the wisdom and historical and cultural values contained in the rural residence in Changchun.Therefore,it is urgent to research on the technique and protection of rural residence in Changchun.Quannongxiang,in which Lijiatun is located,is an important grain production area in Changchun City.Historically,there was a legend that the Emperor Kangxi persuaded nomads and hunters to "settle down for farming and garrison the border",and the rural village was named for that.Lijiatun No.12 traditional residence is a protected historic site by municipal government,and it is also the first restored rural residence in the history of Changchun City.The author participated in the whole renovation process,recorded every details and practices including the problems during the renovation,in order to provide first-hand information for carrying out research on rural residence in Changchun.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part introduces the source and research background of the subject,defines the research object,research content and research scope,briefly introduces the research status domestically and abroad,and finally clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.The second part includes the combing of domestic research theory and literature on traditional residence,the research on the basic principles,derivative principles and development of principles of the protection of architectural relics,and finally introduces several representative domestic residential protection practical cases.The third part analyzes the characteristics of Changchun rural residence in detail from the aspects of foundation,main timber frame,roof,wall,doors and windows.With the help of on-site survey records and literature search,the construction techniques of rural residence in Changchun were summarized by means of data,pictures and texts.The fourth part presents the current status of Lijiatun No.12 residence,and analyzes and summarizes its historical value,scientific value and artistic value.Afterwards,the conservation process of the structure,facade,interior and other aspects are recorded in detail,and finally the restoration plan of the courtyard pattern is proposed.It is hoped that relevant experts and the public will pay attention to the protection of Changchun rural residence and bring new vitality to this type of architecture that endures the history and culture of Changchun.
