Analysis For The Current Situation Of Some Rural Residence In Hunan Province And Study Of The Appraisal Method

For the influence of economic conditions and the weakly safety consciousness ofthe residents, and many other factors, the safety condition is poor of the ruralresidence, so the safety of their life and property can not be guaranteed when they arefaced with natural disasters. Wenchuan、Yushu and Yingjiang earthquake reveals theweakly seismic resistence of the rural residence again. How to transform thedangerous residence is the primary problem to improve the living conditions of therural residents. To resolve the safety problem for the residence of poor farmers, asurvey was started about rural residence so that people can clearly master thesituation.From2008, the survey was started about rural residence in Hunan Province. Onthe basis of the data before, in the end of July2010, the research group went toChangde、Chenzhou and Xiangxi to investigate the rural residence. Referring to theinvestigation data, the safety condition of research areas and statistical regularitywere studied, so people can clearly acknowledge the actual condition of the region,and scientific basis was offered for the modification work. The main research resultsare as follows:Firstly, on the basis of searching and reading literature, the investigation reportfor the conditions of rural residence was finished. By means of the statistic aboutstructure types、construction time、structure form, some rules about residence statusand the distribution of dangerous building were revealed on the basis of the statisticalresults of the residence, some suggestions were put forward.Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process and second-calculation fuzzy evaluationwere used to appraise the residence of the research area. Evaluation index system wasestablished. The safety level for the rural residence of the investigation area wasappraised, and some suggestions were also given.Finally, by combining grey correlation analysis with analytic hierarchy process,the appraisal method was studied, and the influence factors were quantitativeanalyzed.The study shows that analytic hierarchy process makes the appraisal process forthe safety level of residence in centrial area more clear than before, grey correlationanalysis is a meaningful try, and the safety condition for the rural residence of the investigation area is poor, the rural residence is suggested to transform.
