Research On The Mode Of Rural Housing Construction Under The Intervention Of Architects

Rural housing construction has always been an important part of rural construction.Rural housing construction will affect the layout of rural land,the improvement of rural appearance,the improvement of living environment quality,and the economic development of rural areas.At present,China's rural housing construction is still in a backward state,there are various problems such as imperfect laws and regulations,unreasonable design,inconsistent style,and lack of supporting services.Local governments and architects are aware of the above problems and actively explore various improvement measures.From the early "rural Renaissance movement" to the strategy of rejuvenating "country" in recent years,across the country's "beautiful rural construction","urban construction" and zhejiang area of "thousand demonstration village,village renovation" project,which embody the government at all levels,organize to solve the problem of rural attaches great importance to and actively explore the spirit.In this paper,under the background of "beautiful rural construction",rural housing in zhejiang province is investigated,and architects are tried to get involved in every link of rural housing construction.Starting from the research and analysis of optimizing service system process and design strategy under different modes,with a view to providing reference value for rural housing construction in the new eraFirstly,it introduces the policy development of rural housing and the practice background of related architects' construction,puts forward the research problems,purpose and significance,and then sorts out the research status at home and abroad to determine the research method,content and frameworkSecondly,the paper classifies the existing construction modes of rural houses in zhejiang,mainly discussing and analyzing the modes from the aspects of personnel composition,rights and responsibilities,binding documents,sources of funds,building process and mode characteristicsThirdly,through the investigation and analysis of outstanding cases of architects' involvement in rural housing under different modes in zhejiang,this paper provides a realistic basis for deepening the research on rural housing construction mode with architects' involvementFinally,from the service system and design strategy,the process of rural housing construction under the intervention of architects is optimized.In terms of service system,optimization is carried out in the aspects of personnel composition,funding source,binding document preparation and examination and approval of rural housing construction under different modes.In terms of design strategy,improvement measures are put forward in aspects of rural housing planning rationality,architectural form design,improvement of construction technology and improvement of building materials.
