Research On The Whole Process Of Beautiful Rural Construction In Xiaozhuang Village Under The Architect-led Model

After a period of rapid construction of urbanization,China has entered a new stage of overall development and fine construction of urban and rural areas.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,with great attention to the problem of rural development,various forces,including architects,have been devoting themselves to the upsurge of beautiful rural construction.While the phased results have been achieved,some problems have also been exposed,which makes us more aware of the importance of architects serving the whole process as a professional leader in the rural construction work.This thesis is guided by the key issues in the beautiful rural construction work,and establishes the theoretical system related to the whole-process service under the architect-led mode through theoretical research and practical summary.Through the analysis of the whole process of the construction project of the provincial beautiful rural demonstration site in Xiaozhuang Village,which is dominated by the promotion of human settlements,an example is verified,and the relevant experience is summarized.The first chapter interprets the strategic orientation of national rural revitalization,analyzes the main problems faced in the current rural construction work,and demonstrates the research significance combined with the background of architects' services to the countryside;it is proposed to take the suburban beautiful rural Xiaozhuang village as the research object,through the study of related concepts,in order to combine the professional services of architects with the connotation of beautiful rural construction as the research direction of this thesis.The second chapter summarizes the theoretical research from the perspectives of the design strategy of rural public space,the rural practice research of architects and the mode of multi-participation,and summarizes the experience of typical rural construction models in foreign countries.this thesis discusses the enlightenment to our country from the aspects of law formulation,landscape reconstruction and quality construction.Through the current practice cases of Chinese architects in rural construction,this thesis demonstrates the important role of architects in development planning,planning and design,construction management,operation and maintenance.In the third chapter,through the comparative study of three different types of architects involved in the domestic rural construction practice,namely,the university architect team,the independent architect firm and the specialized rural construction institution,combined with the case,this thesis summarizes the working contents and key points of the architect in the whole process of rural construction,and points out the professional ability that the architect engaged in rural construction should have.Through the analysis of the multi-subjects and interrelationships involved in rural construction,this thesis explores how to work together under the guidance of architects.The fourth chapter,taking the planning and construction of the provincial beautiful rural demonstration site in Xiaozhuang Village as an example,through the analysis of the whole process of the project's pre-planning stage,scheme design stage,construction implementation stage and operation and maintenance development stage,verify the effectiveness of beautiful rural construction under the full service of architects.The fifth chapter,through the carding and study of the key work in Xiaozhuang village project,sums up the referential experience in planning strategy,space construction,companion design,professional service and multi-party cooperation.this thesis summarizes the professional accomplishment that architects should possess in rural construction,and then puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the content of architect system in beautiful rural construction.
