In recent years, the development of China's aging situation presents an inverted pattern between urban and rural areas, and the problem of the rural population's pension is becoming more and more serious.China,as the largest developing country in the world, have to face a major challenge in the process of how to solve the problem in the urbanization properly.Starting from the origin of the problem and the feasibility of the study, this study takes the rural areas in northern Zhejiang Province as the main geographical area of the study, and adopts the research path of discovering problem-extracting motivation-interpretating situations-constructing system-exploring strategies. It takes the existing facilities as the starting point, and conducting research in two directions of resources and needs. From the macroscopic point of view, this paper explores the internal mechanism of resource flow which combines the elderly service system with the historical and social development, and collects and analyzes the specific behavior characteristics and requirements of the users from the microscopic point of view, and finally returns to explore the strategies for the construction of rural elderly service system and facilities adapting to current situation.Specifically, the research are carried out in four aspects:(1)Starting from the existing problems in the construction and utilization of rural facilities for the aged, this paper attributes the phenomenon to four aspects:the proliferation of overlapping and alienating planning problems, the contradiction between idle and missing functions, the passive transfer of service sources and responsibilities, and the vicious circle of transportation support and construction. In the generality of the questions, the occurrence essence of neglecting the rural situation, fuzzy positioning and subdivision, cognitive bias of demand, lack of system establishment, and insufficient total supply is extracted.(2)Based on the analysis of the nature of the common problems, this paper puts forward that "rural old-age resources" and "rural old-age needs" are the external and internal driving forces for the promotion of the rural old-age service system and facilities, and then systematically expounds the premises, basic concepts and main contents of the two driving forces. As the main content of the rural old-age resources,it also summarizes the basic cognition of the universality and particularity, dynamics and diversity, present and future of the rural old people's needs.(3)Based on the clues of unused resources as external driving forces and unmet needs as internal driving forces, this paper combs and interprets the internal mechanism of rural elderly service system from the perspective of rural elderly facilities as the core and from the perspective of uprooted social, political and economic background, and defines the "model" as the social environment restriction.Resource supply and demand framework,"service" is the specific organizational form of resource supply and demand flow, and "facilities" as the entity performance of resource receiving terminal, and summarizes the flow channels of pension resources from model, service to facilities;on the other hand,it digs down the pension needs of rural elderly, using the research of environmental behavior. Methods:Field investigation and quantitative analysis were carried out on the target population sample of the rural elderly, and the design orientation of the elderly service facilities was explored from the object to the demand and then to the facilities.(4)To systematically construct the overall content framework of the rural old-age service system with the research ideas of adapting to the mechanism, following up the opportunities, utilizing resources and meeting the requirements, and put forward targeted construction strategies in three aspects:policy guidance, service structure and facility space:putting forward four aspects of economy, security, system and culture Policy support requirements;multi-type service needs for the elderly,multi-dimensional integration of service resources for the elderly, diversification of service subjects and the structure of service organizations formed according to rural community organizations;facility space for the elderly rural facilities planning based on factor integration,as well as rural elderly from the user point of view Space design strategy.
