Objective :At the present situation,a great variety of cardiovascular diseases have more influence on the public group's physical and mental health,which affects deeply and profoundly,as well as reduced the quality of people's lives seriously.Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)as a kind of relatively common,chronic diseases,as well as with the higher incidence among the other chronic heart diseases[1].Because the lipid metabolic abnormalities of the body leading to the coronary atherosclerosis,plaque formation,as well as the bureaucratic narrow arteries and blocking,that might be the intrinsical things of the pathological basis of CHD[3-4].There is existing a large number of studies have shown that human scavenger receptor sCD36 and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)is closely related to the metabolism,and it possibly can participate in the other lipids,let's provide an example for triglycerides,free fatty acids and the other in the metabolic process.By detecting the expression level of coronary heart disease patients' serum sCD36,understand its contact with lesions of coronary artery disease may be beneficial for those patients' clinical judgment and prognosis assessment,which is of such a great significance[5-6].Many domestic and foreign scholars' study shows that the serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hereinafter referred to as the Hs_CRP)as an inflammatory reaction medium with indirect degree of inflammation reaction and outcome,evaluations and other fatal and necessary role.Therefore,by the means of detecting serum Hs_CRP expression level,perhaps we can make an previous determination of the disease among those patients with CHD,and get an early understanding about our patients,founding the problems,and then make a perfect plan for our patients with timely examination and treatment,so as not to miss the best time to treatment,which is very important to delay the development of coronary heart disease for our patients mostly.The target of our study is to determinate the density of serum sCD36 among these patients with coronary artery illness,serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)expression level,to explore its relationship with coronary heart disease occurrence,development.Evaluate the clinical effectiveness and the value of application of these two indicators at the same time.Methods: 1.Cases receiving and collection: this study randomly selected those hospitalized patients from the ward of cardiovascular internal medicine of the number one ospital of Wuhan city,with 60 cases affirmed by CAG examination turns out coronary atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart illness(CHD group),which are made up of the experimental group,there are 19 cases to a group of patients coronary heart disease(CHD group)in patients with serum sCD36 concentration was 163.44±91.72pg/m L,nevertheless,potency of serum sCD36 in the control group was 110.87±74.51pg/m L,the contrast between LDL,Hs_CRP,sCD36,smoking,hypertension are all independent essences of CHD.Conclusion 1.The level of sCD36 and Hs_CRP is obviously related to the occurrence of patients who are acquired CHD,which suggests these two makers can be obtained to be the risk factors of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.The detection of serum sCD36 and serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein levels may be helpful to predict the onset,evolution of coronary cardiac illnesses.Both are of practical significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment,risk estimation and prognosis evaluation of coronary cardiac diseases.2.LDL,hs_CRP,sCD36,history of smoking,hypertension are independent risk factors for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
