Objective:To explore the change of serum homocysteine, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and thioredoxin levels in patients with coronary heart disease, the correlation between homocysteine, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and thioredoxin in coronary heart disease group. To investigate the clinical significance in the changes of homocysteine, hypersensitive C-reactive protein and thioredoxin levels.Method:136 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were selected,54 cases with acute myocardial infarction(AMI group),42 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group)and 40 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group). And selected 115 patients with non coronary heart disease as control group.Collect the relevant medical records, such as sex, age, admission systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).Determination of serum homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and thioredoxin(Trx)levels in each group. Results:There was no significant difference in age, sex, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)levels, high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)compared with healthy controls(P>0.05).The levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP and Trx in CHD group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the AMI group was the highest, and the UAP group was higher than the SAP group. The level of serum Hcy was positively correlated with hs-CRP concentration in patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.843,P<0.05),serum Hcy was positively correlated with Trx concentration(r=0.935,P<0.05),and serum hs-CRP was positively correlated with Trx concentration(r=0.846,P<0.05).Conclusion:Hcy and Hs-CRP as inflammatory factors involved in the pathophysiology of coronary heart disease,Trx as anti-inflammatory factors are also involved in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease;Keeping the balance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory response may be a new way for prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis in the future, and seeking the durg with thioredoxin as a target can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease;Hcy,Hs-CRP and Trx can reflect the severity of coronary heart disease, the combined detection of them contribute to early diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, and can provide help for the prognosis of coronary heart disease.
