Objective(s):The infection of Helicobacter Pylori(H.P Ylori,HP)is suspected by many scholars to be one of the causes for the pathogenesis and progression of coronary heart disease. However, there have been few studies on whether helicobacter pylori infection has an impact on CHD related risk factors. Therefore, this study reviewed the correlation between HELICobacter pylori infection and independent risk factors for CORONARY heart disease, and compared the differences of Hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)associated with inflammation between CHD group and healthy control group and between HP-positive and HP-negative patients with CHD.Method(s):In this study,117 CHD patients diagnosed and treated and 93 healthy controls were collected by means of a retrospective study in the second people's hospital of yunnan province.First, the basic information and physical examination results of the patients were obtained from the hospital data, and the patients were asked to fill in the relevant health status questionnaire. The information collected included age, gender, smoking, alcohol consumption, diabetes, hypertension, history of dyslipidemia, and serum hs-crp level. Then the basic clinical information of the patients was analyzed and sorted out.All patients were divided into coronary heart disease patients and healthy physical examination patients, and the correlation between blood lipid indexes and serum HS-CRP level and the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease was analyzed. At the same time, patients with coronary heart disease were divided into HP and hp-patients,and serum lipid indexes and hs-crp levels of the patients were measured, respectively, and the differences in serum lipid indexes and hs-crp levels of all patients with HP+coronary heart disease and patients with hp-coronary heart disease were compared. Results:Of the 210 subjects,117 had CHD and 93 had healthy controls(non-coronary).The study showed that the positive rates of HP infection in the two groups were collected and statistically analyzed, and the P value was less than 0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups, indicating that HP infection may be associated with the occurrence and development of CHD.In addition, there is no significant difference in basic information such as average age and gender between CHD patients and healthy physical examinees,so it is comparable.Levels of smoking, alcohol consumption, blood pressure, blood glucose,Body mass index(BMI)and lipid levels(Total triglycerides(TG),Total cholesterol(TC),High density lipoprotein(HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein)of CHD patients and healthy check-up holders were measured.Vdl-c)],indicating that these indicators are related to the occurrence and development of CHD.At the same time,hs-crp levels of non-chd patients and CHD patients were also studied in this study.Statistical analysis showed significant differences, indicating that hs-crp levels may affect the development of coronary heart disease. In addition, patients with CHD patients can be divided into HP HP+and-,study the effect of HP infection on coronary heart disease clinical indicators,P values were greater than 0.05,no statistical significance,in addition, compiled respectively in the two groups the indicators of lipid(TG,TC,HDL-C,VDL-c),hs-CRP level, through the statistical analysis found that HDL-C,hs-CRP levels in the HP+and HP-between the two groups have significant difference, that HP infection may affect HDL-C,hs-CRP levels, will affect the progress of coronary heart disease(CHD).Conclusions:In this study,it was found that patients infected with HP strain may be more susceptible to CHD.In addition,in CHD patients,HP infection can indeed affect the body's HDL-C,hs-crp levels, which is likely to affect the strength of the body's immune response, thus affecting the incidence and progression of coronary heart disease.Human physiology function mechanism is complex, still need further research, make more reasonable analysis explanation for the relation between helicobacter pylori infection and coronary heart disease.
