Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Clinical Ability Of Postgraduate Students Majoring In Nursing Master's Degree

Objective:In order to adapt to national policies,meet the needs of social and regional development and improve the training quality of nursing master degree graduate students in Shanxi Medical University,our university has revised the nursing master degree graduate training program.In this study,a set of evaluation index system for clinical ability of nursing master degree graduate students was established by using various methods,and each index was given weight by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,the third level index items are made into the self-rating scale of clinical ability of nursing master degree graduate students in order to test the index in a small range of the nursing master degree graduate students.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for postgraduate education and management of nursing master's degree.Methods:In this study,literature survey,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire were used.Results:(1)to construct the evaluation index system of clinical ability of nursing master degree graduate students.In this study,28 nursing specialists from Shanghai,Chongqing,Hubei,Heilongjiang,Shanxi and other places were selected by Delphi's expert letter method.After two rounds of expert letters,the preliminary draft of the questionnaire was investigated.The results tended to be consistent,and the four assessment stages("daily examination","outgoingexamination","mid-term examination","closing examination")were taken as the first class index,and 13 second class indexes and 61 third grade indexes under these four primary indexes.The expert positive coefficients of two rounds of expert letters are 89.3% and100%,and the expert authority coefficient are 0.879 and 0.88 by using statistical method..After testing,the Kendall harmony coefficient of all indexes was higher than that of the experts(P < 0.001),which indicated that the experts had higher recognition for the index system.(2)the calculation of index weight at all levels by analytic hierarchy processThe weights of the four first-grade indexes determined by AHP are: "daily examination"(0.1283),"outgoing examination"(0.4774),"mid-term examination"(0.1378),"closing examination"(0.2565);Of the 13 secondary indicators,the top 3 in the order of weights are: D2 out of business operation skill(0.1924),B3 exiting operation skill(0.1517)A1 daily operation skill(0.1283).(3)Index quality inspectionThe self-assessment scale of clinical ability of nursing master degree graduate students was made into a part of three grade indexes.By using the method of convenient sampling,28 questionnaires were sent out in our school,23 questionnaires were recovered,and the recovery rate was 82%.The overall reliability and validity of the index system was good.The kronbaha coefficient is 0.811,the structural validity is better,the distinguishing degree is 0.4023.Conclusion:In this study,through two rounds of expert consultation to establish the evaluation index system of clinical competence of nursing professional degree graduate,including the "daily assessment","outgoing examination","mid-term assessment","closing examination" 4level indicators,13 level two indexes,61 level three indexes,and the indicators of weight setting,expert positive degree is high,the coefficient of authority is good,after inspection,the index system of the validity,reliability,discrimination is good,practical and scientific,Can reflect the training quality of postgraduate master degree in nursing degree to someextent.
