The Design And Implementation Of TCM Information Platform Based On Distributed Architecture

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture is a very important part of Chinese traditional culture and has been playing an important role in China’s 5000 year history.The theoretical framework of TCM combines ancient Chinese philosophical thinking and clinical experience,forming a unique and vibrant knowledge system.Since the reform and opening up,the government has vigorously promoted and developed TCM,and issued a series of relevant policies and documents to guide and standardize the development and innovation of the TCM industry.However,the promotion of TCM services has always been relatively weak in primary medical institutions.Grass roots medical institutions are an important part of China’s TCM industry,and also the foundation.However,there are many problems in grass-roots institutions,such as shortage of TCM talents,difficulties in upgrading TCM technology,high procurement cost of TCM,single category of TCM,inability to guarantee and trace the quality of TCM,and complex processing technology of TCM decoction and paste,which highlight the weakness of TCM service capacity at the grass-roots level,and its medical level is far lower than that of the level hospitals.The construction of TCM information platform can effectively improve the plight of grassroots medical institutions,improve the service capacity of grassroots TCM,and is of great significance for promoting the modernization of TCM and promoting the development of TCM.This paper mainly studies how to build an information service platform suitable for the daily business of grass-roots TCM institutions through distributed architecture technology.The platform is developed based on JAVA language,and the distributed architecture is implemented based on Dubbo framework.It includes sorting,summarizing,proofreading and checking all kinds of decentralized knowledge at all levels in the field of TCM based on knowledge engineering,making it systematic and structured to form a professional standard knowledge graph of TCM,which is used to build a professional knowledge base of TCM.The core business of the system is service-oriented,enhancing security,and improving stability,scalability and maintainability.Standardize and informationize the routine outpatient TCM clinical business,including patient reception,medical record writing,diagnosis issuance,fee collection,etc.Provide professional and convenient functions of TCM prescriptions,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of grass-roots TCM prescriptions.Then,by adding the prescription order circulation system and sharing the Chinese pharmacy management system,we can solve the problems of the lack of Chinese medicine services in grass-roots Chinese medicine institutions and the drug circulation management in Chinese pharmacy.The platform integrates resources to provide unified services such as dispensing,dispensing,decocting and distribution of TCM.It also provides a closed-loop management process for prescription orders including drug traceability,and improves the drug use tracking and efficacy feedback mechanism for patients.The information platform of TCM enables grassroots TCM organizations to integrate TCM resources at the grassroots level,improves the informatization level of TCM business at the grassroots level,completely solves the problems of scattered channels,messy knowledge and different standards for doctors at the grassroots level to obtain TCM knowledge,and greatly optimizes the clinical operation experience of doctors at the grassroots level.The time for routine diagnosis and treatment of a patient is about 10-15 minutes.After the application of the system,a relatively complete diagnosis and treatment process can be completed in about 5 minutes,which shortens the patient’s consultation process and improves the patient’s experience.The professional diagnosis and treatment suggestions and prescription drug verification function provided by the system have effectively improved the diagnosis and treatment effect of doctors in grass-roots institutions for common and frequently occurring diseases.At the same time,it has helped grassroots medical institutions to reduce the burden and increase efficiency,reduce the construction and operation costs,and at the same time,it has increased unified and professional Chinese medicine services.Moreover,it has also increased the drug circulation rate of the Chinese pharmacy in the region and improved the management level of the Chinese pharmacy.It has promoted the promotion and development of TCM culture at the grassroots level,greatly expanded the scope and boundaries of TCM services at the grassroots level,and enabled grassroots people to enjoy convenient and high-quality TCM services.
