Analysis Of The Causes Of Death In Tuokexun, Turpan City, 2016

Objective:This study through to the turpan city Tuokexun residents 2016 death monitoring data analysis,forecast trend of death,for the future of health policy and targeted to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control and treatment measures.Methods: using the national cause of death monitoring data and analysis tools,data collation and statistical analysis were carried out in excel 2010 and SPSS 22.0 software.Descriptive statistical analysis was made on the death of the whole population and the causes of chronic diseases in 2016.Results: 1)In 2016,the age structure of the residents of Tuokexun was 10.84 percent above the age of 60 or 7.39 percent of the population over 65,It shows that the has entered an aging society.2)In 2016,the crude death rate of Tuokexun was 502.30/100,000,with the standard mortality rate of 617.60/100,000.Among them,the male mortality rate was 590.58/100,000 and the standard mortality rate was 668.26/100,000.The female mortality rate was 411.44/100,000 and the standard mortality rate was 554.75/100,000,and men were higher than women.3)In 2016,the top five causes of death in Tuokexun,turpan city,were: heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,tumor,injury and poisoning,respiratory diseases.4)Tuokexun residents in 2016 the average life expectancy of 77.32 years,average life expectancy of 75.42 years of men,women’s average life expectancy of 79.64 years,thereby causing loss to the life is the main disease of the heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,tumor.This is an important factor affecting the health of residents and affecting their life expectancy.Conclusion: Tuokexun has entered the aging society and chronic noncommunicable diseases disease is relatively obvious,disease of heart head blood-vessel,become the main factors affecting the death spectrum tumor and injury is the main reason for the killing people.We should gradually strengthen the prevention and control of chronic noncommunicable diseases,establish a comprehensive monitoring system for chronic diseases,and improve the scientific nature of the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.At the same time,men are more likely to have a higher mortality rate than women,and pay close attention to the health problems caused by illness and injury.
