| Objective: To describe the death status of residents in Chuanying district from 2010 to 2015,and to explore the structure characteristic and the variation tendency of death cause of residents in six years,and use potential years application of life lost(pyll)and other indicators to make a comprehensive evaluation for disease burden of residents,to understand the health status of residents in Chuanying district,to provide the reference for reasonable policy of health care and disease prevention.Methods: The death data of residents from Chuanying area of Jilin City are from the national death registration network report system of China disease prevention and control information system,the object of this study was all the17513 cases of death in Chuanying area from 0 a.m.January 1,2010 to 24 p.m.December 31,2015,the death reports were all checked,coded and classified according to the international classification of diseases ICD-10 classification criteria for the diagnosis of the cause of death;demographic data were derived from the census register population data issued by Chuanying bureau under Jilin City public security bureau,the death population data was standardized by using the 2015 national population and demographic-data-for-age,and used Excel 2003,SPSS 18.0 software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis.Main analysis indicators included: death level,death cause constitution,disease burden(life expectancy,potential years of life lost,rate of potential years of life lost and average years of life lost).Results: 1.Total population death level in Chuanying area There were a total of 17513 cases of deaths in 2010-2015 in Chuanying area,the annual average standardized mortality rate was 553.63/100000,and 326.85/100000 and 226.91/100000 for male and female,the male mortality rate is 1.47 times the number for that of female.The mortality rate of 0~10 years old age group was 31.68/100000,and that of 10~15 years old group,which was the lowest,was 2.16/100000;the residents' age and gender crude mortality was on rise between 15-75 age group,reached the peak value of 603.36/100000 in the 75~80 age group.2.The constitution of population death causes in Chuanying district Among the population death causes over the six years in Chuanying district,the population deaths of the first major categories disease(infectious,maternal and infant and nutrient deficiency diseases),the second categories of disease(chronic non-communicable diseases,including cancer,cardiovascular disease,respiratory system diseases,etc.)and the third categories of disease(damage,including road traffic injuries,suicide,accidental poisoning,accidental fall,etc.)accounted for 3.67%,92.59%,2.35%,respectively,and the crude mortality of male was higher than female In these three types of disease.First categories of disease,i.e.neonatal diseases,congenital malformations mainly appeared in childhood age group which was 0~5 years old.The main death causes of teenagers and middle-aged age groups was tumor,injury and poisoning,etc.Among the population of 45~59 and over 60 years old,chronic non-communicable disease,including circulatory system disease,tumor,was the leading cause of death.3.The death cause syn-position of population in Chuanying district The first eight death causes in Chuanying district were circulatory system disease(46.46%),tumor(23.15%),respiratory system diseases(12.44%),digestive system diseases(6.78%),endocrine,nutritional and metabolic disease(2.81%),injury and poisoning(2.36%),genitourinary system disease(1.5%)and nervous system diseases(1.29%).The population of these eight death causes counted up to 16961 people,accounted for 96.8% of all deaths.4.Disease burden of death population in Chuanying district The average life expectancy of population in Chuanying district in 2010-2015 was fluctuated in 78.1~79.83 years old,among them,the males were 75.45~77.88,the females fluctuation were 80.8~82.91.From 2010 to 2015,the annual population average life expectancy were 79.72 years,79.19 years,79.07 years,79.83 years,78.10 years,78.82 years respectively.If circulatory system disease,which was the biggest influence factor of per capita life expectancy,was removed,the average life expectancy in Chuanying district will be increased by 5.93 years old,and males and females would be increased by 5.94 and 6.08 years of age;in 2010-2015,the total loss sum of potential years of life lost(PYLL)of Chuanying district residents caused by various diseases were 194831.55 person-years,the average potential years of life lost(APYLL)were 11.12 years,and the rate of PYLL was 70%.Conclusion: 1.The death level of males in Chuanying district was higher than females,and there were differences of mortality among different gender and age groups.2.Chronic non-communicable diseases were the main causes of death population in 2010-2015 of Chuanying district population,and the main disease spectrum were circulatory system disease,cancer and respiratory diseases.3.The average life expectancy of women in Chuanying district was more than men in 2010-2015,circulatory diseases had a greater influence on the average per capita life expectancy for women,and tumor,respiratory system disease had a greater influence on the average per capita life expectancy for men.4.The causes of early death in Chuanying district,in turn,were circulatory system disease,tumor,digestive system disease,respiratory disease,injury and poisoning,the ranking was different from death causes.Injury and poisoning were the primary diseases which affect population average years of life lost. |
