Descriptive Study On The Cause Of Death Of Residents In Wangting Town,Xiangcheng District

Research objective:to analyze the monitoring data of wangting town's cause of death from 2013 to 2017,to understand the mortality rate,cause of death in wangting town,so as to provide more scientific and effective reference for the formulation of disease control programs in wangting town.Methods:collected in January 1,2013 to December 31,2017 died at the registered permanent residence of town residents,did not enter the local residents(infant)at each town of basic information,such as age,sex,occupation,marriage,etc.),death(death time and cause of death,death,place,etc.)and ICD coding information,the cause of death among residents at town,residents understand crude mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,sequence of the age,gender,mortality,the cause of death,residents' life expectancy and years of potential life lost.Research results:(1)from 2013 to 2017,the population of wangting town increased year by year.In 2017,the population increased by 1,165 people,or 3.18%,compared with 2013.In 2017,the population burden coefficient increased by 14.72%compared with 2013.Birth rates and natural growth rates are relatively low.This shows that wangting town population aging.(2)from 2013 to 2017,a total of 1338 residents died in wangting town,including 737 males and 601 females.The mortality rate of males was higher than that of females.Over the past five years,the mortality rate of residents increased slightly,mainly in the elderly.(3)during the five years from 2013 to 2017,the top five causes of death in wangting town were cardiovascular disease,malignant tumor,injury and poisoning,respiratory diseases and heart disease,accounting for 88.71%of the total mortality.(4)the cause of death is injury and poisoning mainly for children and young people,and the cause of death is malignant tumor,cardiovascular disease and other diseases mainly for middle-aged and elderly people.(5)from 2013 to 2017,the life expectancy of residents in wangting town was above 82 years old.The difference in life expectancy between men and women was about 5 years,and the life expectancy of women was higher than that of men.The overall death rate was 55.90‰,and the causes of death were cardiovascular disease,malignant tumor,heart disease,respiratory system,injury and poisoning.Conclusion:from 2013 to 2017,wangting town has a serious aging trend,and the aging process of population structure is accelerated.A total of 1338 residents died,and the death rate was slightly on the rise.The top five causes of death were cardiovascular disease,malignant tumor,injury and poisoning,respiratory disease and heart disease.The life expectancy of residents in wangting town is on the rise,and people suffering from cardiovascular diseases,malignant tumors and heart diseases tend to be younger.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of these three diseases.
