Objective:The death monitoring data of residents in a district of Tianjin from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed.The causes of death and death and life expectancy of different age groups and different sex residents were analyzed.The aim was to systematically master the health level of residents,The government rational allocation of public health resources,the development of disease prevention and control policies to provide scientific and effective data.Method:To collect the data of death surveillance of residents in a district of 2011~2015 in,the cause of death coding and classification according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10).Statistical analysis software Death Reg 2005 was used to manage the data,and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.The standardized mortality rate was calculated on the basis of the age population composition obtained from the sixth national census in 2010.Mortality,standardized mortality were compared using ?~2 test,trend ?~2 test.Life table and death life table for the preparation of health,see "Health statistics."Result:(1)In 2011~2015 a district,a total of 1880309 people was monitored,including male 921064 and female 959245,which sex ratio was 0.96:1.The proportion of children aged 0 to 14 was about 13.53%,the proportion of the labor aged from15 to 64 was 76.16%,65 years old and older population was about 10.31%.(2)From 2011 to 2015,the total death of residents in a district reported 11961 cases of death,including 6586 males and 5379 females.The average crude death rate was 6.37 ‰,and the crude mortality rate decreased,which was statistically significant(?~2 trend = 18.995,P <0.001).The average male mortality rate was 7.15 ‰,the female was 5.61 ‰,and the male was higher than the female,the difference was statistically significant(?~2 = 35.284,P <0.001).(3)All age groups have deaths each year,there is a little peak of infant mortality,and then gradually decreased with age,25 years of age began to rise slowly,after 65 years of age,age-related mortality rate increased,85 years after the death rate peak.(4)In the year of 2011~2015 in a district,the top five causes of the death were circulatory system disease,tumor,respiratory diseases,injury and poisoning,endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases.The top five deaths for both male and female residents account for 96.24% and 96.63% of the total male and female deaths.(5)The circulatory system diseases are located first of all the death cause in the district,accounting for 60.57%,the average annual crude death rate of 385.47 / 10 million.The mortality rate of male residents was higher than that of female,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(6)Malignant tumor is located second of all the death cause in the district,accounting for 22.35%,the average annual crude death rate of 142.01 / 10 million.(7)Respiratory diseases are among the third cause of the death of residents in a district,accounting for 6.76% of the total number of deaths,the average annual crude death rate of 43.11 / 10 million,the average annualized mortality rate of 27.47 / 10 million.(8)Injury is located the fourth of cause of death in the distric.The mortality rate was higher than that of male,and the other groups were higher than female.(9)Residents average life expectancy in 2015 in a district is 79.13 years,the male life expectancy is 77.79 years old,women life expectancy is 80.42.After the removal,the residents' expected life expectancy increased by 21.63 years,13.21 years old,12.59 years old,7.80 years old,7.12 years old.Conclusions:Residents in a district have entered the aging society.The mortality rate of male residents was significantly higher than that of females.Chronic non-communicable diseases threaten the health of residents in a district,with the threat of circulatory diseases,tumour and respiratory diseases.The government should strengthen the prevention and treatment of heart,cerebrovascular disease and malignant tumors,and in the allocation of public health care resources to be tilted.
