Analysis Of The Entire Inhabitants Death Level And The Cause Of Death In Zhongwei, Ningxia Between 2004 And 2005

Objective To get insight into the pattern of death and the death cause of the inhabitant's in Zhongwei city between 2004 and 2005,we approve health level of the inhabitant,thus providing basis to the formulation of the regional planning.Methods(1)The pattern of death and the composition of the death cause of the residents during 2004-2005 in Zhongwei city was analyzed with overall survey and descriptive method, 3293 cases of death were received by The Third National Mortality Sampling and Survey in Zhongwei,Ningxia in 2004-2005.Micro Access was employed to create and clean database.(2) Using SPSS11.5 and Excell2000 software,the Zhongwei city population abridged life tables for years 2000 were drew up and used to calculate the life expectancy of death age group.(3)The years of potential life lost was used as analyzing the influence of the main death cause for population indeed.Results(1)Mortality rate was lower,and birth rate was higher in Zhongwei city than the nation.The mortality was 7.42‰and 6.80‰in 2004 and 2005,which analyzed with descriptive method.(2)Chang of age constitution appeared,getting in the grown type but not senile one. Compared to Shanxi province and whole nation,the total dependency ratio dependency ration of children below age 15 years were higher,dependency ratio of elderly people over 64 years was lower.(3)Sex ratio of total population was 104.21,tended to balance.(4)The average life expectancy of inhabitants was 71.23 years old,and male was 69.29 years old,and female was 73.61 years old in 2004.in 2005 was 72.05 years old,and male was 70.7 years old,and female was 72.74 years old.The male were lower than female's in the all time.(5)It was different from the nation of the five leading cause of sequence,but as same as 2004 and 2005 in miles and female's.They were Injury,poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes,Cerebrovascular disease,Neoplasms,Respiratory diseases and Heart diseases in male's and Cerebrovascular disease,Neoplasms,Injury,poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes,Heart diseases and Respiratory diseases in female's.(6)The five leading cause of sequence,especially in Injury,poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes was the most harmful factor to life of inhabitants in 2004-2005.It was Motor vehicle traffic accident,Exclusive of motor vehicle transportation accident,Fallen accident,Other accidents and poisonous effect and be drowned. Conclusion The mortality was lower in Zhongwei city than the nation.Chang of age constitution appeared,not getting in the senile type.The average life expectancy of the male's inhabitants were lower than female's in that time.The five leading cause of sequence, especially Injury,poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes was the most harmful factor to life of inhabitants in 2004-2005.Despite remarkable achievement has been obtained in prevention and control disease in Zhongwei city.Some problems in it still exist.For speeding overall-class society and modernizing construction of socialism,the problems must be known and resolved by the use of scientific development view,bring prevention and control diseases to adaptation for economy,society,resource and environment,thereby realizing the harmonious society..
