| In the rescue of critical patients,the establishment of artificial airway has become one of the necessary and effective measures for the treatment of critical patients.The decrease of the natural defense ability of the respiratory tract and the migration of the oral and Upper and lower respiratory tract flora made the ventilator-associated pneumonia the most threatening complication in the patients with mechanical ventilation,its incidence rate was 10%-20% and mortality rate was 14%-50%.The results show that the residual on the air bag is an important cause of VAP,and the artificial airway nursing and air bag management are important links to reduce VAP,it is also one of the main criteria used to evaluate the quality of nursing and the cure of patients with mechanical ventilation.Improper management of air bag may cause patients with different degree of difficulty in ventilation and airway injury,and ICU medical team is the direct practitioners of artificial airway management,plays a vital role in the management of air bag.Accurate evaluation of the knowledge,attitude and behavior of the medical staff on the management of artificial airway balloon is the basis of solving the problems related to the management.However,in recent years,there are few descriptive studies on the knowledge,attitude and behavior of the management of artificial airway balloon at home and abroad,but there are few reports on the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the Scientific and preciseness of the questionnaire is the premise to understand the current situation.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to construct a scientific and rigorous questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and behavior of ICU medical staff in airbag management,and conduct a multi-center investigation to find the weak links in airbag management,to provide the reference for improving the management level of airbag in ICU.Objective:(1)The knowledge,attitude and behavior questionnaire of ICU(Intensive Care Unit)doctors and nurses on the airbag management of artificial airway were constructed,and scientific and rigorous investigation tools were developed for the future research,and appropriate evaluation tools were developed for the doctors and nurses,to investigate the knowledge,attitude,behavior and influencing factors of ICU medical staff on the airbag management of artificial airway,and to provide basis for improving the quality of airbag management on artificial airway.Methods:1 The knowledge,attitude and behavior questionnaire of ICU medical staff on air bag management were developed(1)the questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and behavior about aerocyst management of ICU medical staff was constructed by consulting relevant guidelines and literature research,combining qualitative interview,taking theory as framework,and discussing with the research group.(2)15 experts were selected to form the questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and behavior about management of artificial airway airbag for ICU medical staff.(3)Through the questionnaire survey of 296 ICU medical staff,the items were revised again by statistical analysis based on item analysis,factor analysis and other methods,to determine the final questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and practice about management of artificial airway balloon for ICU medical staff.(4)The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated.2 A convenience sampling method was used to sample 960 ICU medical staff from 22 departments of Grade III,Class A hospitals in 7 cities in Hebei Province,the general information questionnaire was designed by the researcher and the knowledge,attitude and behavior questionnaire were collected by ICU medical staff on the airbag management of artificial airway.Results:1.The questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and behavior of ICU medical airbag management was developed.The questionnaire was divided into 3 dimensions and 42 items(19items of knowledge,8items of attitude and 15 items of behavior).The coefficient was 0.935,the coefficients of the scales were 0.925?0.899?0.789,and the half-fold Coefficient was 0.742.The average content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.926,and the content validity of each item was greater than 0.89.The exploratory factor analysis was consistent with the theory of the questionnaire.2.The total score of knowledge,attitude and behavior of ICU medical staff to airbag management was(64.53±21.32),the score of knowledge was(33.93±12.47),the passing rate was about 49.5%,the attitude and belief of airbag management was(8.41±2.63)and the passing rate was 64.0%,The behavior score of airbag management(22.63±8.64)was 36.75%.The influencing factors of airbag management knowledge of ICU medical staff include position,sex,education,ICU working years,professional title and special training.The influencing factors of ICU medical staff's attitude towards airbag management were sex,ICU specialty category,educational background,ICU working years,professional title and Specialty Training.The influencing factors of airbag management behavior of ICU medical staff include position,sex,specialty category,working years in ICU,professional title and Specialty Training.Conclusion:The questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and behavior of ICU staff with high reliability and validity was constructed by qualitative and quantitative research.It was used as an evaluation tool to investigate the level of knowledge,attitude and behavior of ICU staff The knowledge and behavior of ICU medical staff on airbag management are not enough,but the knowledge and behavior of ICU medical staff are not enough.The influencing factors of ICU medical staff on airbag management are gender,training experience,professional title and working years,it is suggested that the department should have specific training in the management of air bag for medical Continuing education,such as strengthening the training of specialty and male nurses,and improving the management ability of artificial airway for medical staff,to improve the knowledge,attitude and behavior level of medical staff to the management of artificial airway balloon effectively,so as to shorten the time of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation,reduce the occurrence of VAP and promote the cure of patients. |
