Research On The Development Of New Urbanization In Jilin Province From The Perspective Of Marx's Urbanization Theory

In the 70 s of last century,the concept of urbanization gradually entered China.Due to the progress of society and the rising level of economic development,the phenomenon of the continuous migration of population to cities and towns and the expansion of the scale of cities and towns,which led to the spatial and political and cultural patterns of society,and the reality pattern.There was a change.China has a vast territory.Because of regional differences,the development of urbanization between provinces and cities can not be simply applied experience.It must be adapted to local conditions and explore multi-channel and diversified development ways.In this way,the development process of new urbanization in China can be accelerated.The eighteen major stresses of the party should "adhere to the new industrialization of Chinese characteristics,information,urbanization,and the road of agricultural modernization".It is clear that the urbanization of China is a new type of urbanization with the times,the carrier of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the key to the transformation of the mode of economic development.In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the party clarified the goals,principles and policies of the new urbanization,which further promoted the development of urbanization in China.The central government has written the new urbanization strategy to the policy,pursuing the urbanization under Scientific Outlook on Development and pursuing the harmonious urbanization between man and nature.In the current economic development of Northeast China,Liaoning province and Heilongjiang province are trying to seize the development highland of the Northeast urbanization by building their own urban groups.In this grim situation,how to choose the new urbanization promotion path of Jilin province is of great practical significance to the realization of the strategic conception and planning target of the urbanization of Jilin province.Jilin province is in the northeast of China,its economic level and people's living standard are all in the middle and lower reaches of China,while Jilin province is a province with both the geomorphology and the ecological environment of the three provinces of black,Ji and Liao,and the heavy industry is developed.It is the old heavy industrial base.Therefore,the new urbanization process in the East and the north is studied in Jilin.As an example,the province is of representative significance.With the continuous development of urbanization in Jilin Province,in 2014,the Jilin provincial government issued the "new urbanization plan of Jilin province"(2014-2020 years).The long-term strategy of new urbanization in Jilin province was brought into the future development of Jilin Province,and the new strategy of urbanization in Jilin province was established and the target task was determined.This paper,guided by the urbanization of Marx,combined with the typical urbanization development mode at home and abroad,based on the uneven development of urbanization in the process of urbanization in Jilin Province,the low development quality of urbanization,the weak industrial foundation of urbanization and the serious environmental problems of urbanization development.The paper puts forward some ideas and Countermeasures to solve these problems,and hopes to promote the development of new urbanization in Jilin province and promote the integration of urban and rural areas as soon as possible through relevant research.
