In recent years, the increase of network shopping volume has brought good development opportunities for express enterprises, but many problems emerge in the process of development. There is information asymmetry between clients and express enterprises and express enterprises take price as main competitive advantage and fight price war in express market, affecting the service quality and delivery time, and also compress their profits. Under such background, the paper proposes to establish an express resource sharing platform, in which the resources of express enterprises are shared in the platform; all orders are uniformly received by the platform; express resources are allocated according to customers’requirements and orders are completed; this way can solve the existing problems to a certain extent, improve the utilization of logistics resources and ensure express effectiveness.The paper first summarizes the concept and methods of logistics resource integration, mainly describes the theory and practice of resources allocation under resources integration of logistics resources sharing platform and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of express resource sharing platform; secondly, the paper analyzes the targets, positioning, components and modules of express resource sharing platform, based on this, proposes the resource allocation problem of express resource sharing platform, namely, to integrate the resource of various express enterprises on the platform, decompose order tasks according to customers’demand, and then allocate the best logistics resources for each order task and finally realize logistics resource allocation. In specific research process, the author first decomposes order tasks and integrates the network resources of express enterprises, creates the express network under express resource sharing platform and then establishes the resource allocation model based on express resource sharing platform by taking time, cost, available capacity and degree of satisfaction as the measurement indexes; finally, the author analyzes the model with novice logistics platform as an example, and obtains the logistics resource allocation scheme that conforms to customers’requirements and consumes the lowest cost, namely, the distribution path and capacity allocation scheme corresponding to order tasks. The relevant conclusions of the paper can provide reference for the future development of express resource platform enterprises.
