The competitive advantage of the Enterprise depends on the special ability of itself. This ability is closely connected with the resource. In fact, the ability means the aggregation of resources which can exert special functions. So, resource integration is an important method for enterprise to gain the competitive advantage and develop itself.BF is a new project of Dongfeng which based on the idea of independent innovation. Relying on the predominance of the whole group, Dongfeng integrate the internal resources. The relation between each subsidiary company is not frequent, however, the resources of headquarter is highly shared. The author of this paper believes that BF project should adopt the integration sharing system, this paper also describe the resource integration of funds, technology, human resources, materials, Brands, information even enterprise culture and so on.Aiming at the integration model of external resources, this article selects dynamic union from many company cooperation models. The dynamic alliance among companies is the developing strategy which enterprises adopts to break through the internal resource limit and develop themselves. Its substance is a process of re-allocation of resources under the condition of market economy. The dynamic cooperation makes the companies break through the physical boundaries, carry on the virtual management, search for the advantage of resources, and improve the competitiveness. Therefore, Dynamic alliance is considered to be the best mode of resources integration in the 21st century. This article illustrates the characteristics and advantages of the dynamic alliance, at the same time discusses the range and ways of BF project unions.After completing the integration of resources, how to manage the resources become the practical issues. Many resources are integrated into a project and managed badly, the effects must be affected finally, so the management and disciplines are illustrated, the management of resources not only includes the accumulation, storage, it also contains the allocation optimization, the dynamic management model of resources are established finally. This dynamic model is shown as the check of limitation for the evaluation of adjusting and optimizing the results, and use restraint to solve the space program and have a final optimization. Of course, this evaluation model still has some disadvantages, that is, the evaluation indicator is not easy to determine, since the resource management shows huge objective and uncertainty, so this model don't only need qualitative evaluation, but also consider the qualitative and quantitative indicator index in whole, and then brings out a whole evaluation and so that it can meet the actual needs.Finally, the author summarized the whole article and put forward some expectation in academic field.
