At present, along with the development of the project management theory, enterprise multi-project management study of the growing importance of theory and practice, has become an important field of project management research and practice. Enterprises in order to achieve rapid development, in the process of operation, not content to the advancement of individual projects, but often implement multiple projects at the same time, it’s between different project involves in money, time, human resource sharing and conflict. To this end, companies such as much better to carry out the project at the same time, efficient allocation of resources, human resources, in particular, in order to realize the resource integration, cost reduction, improved benefit, is an urgent need to solve the problem.Of this paper is based on the enterprise multi-project human resources configuration which is a major problem, in the full analysis, on the basis of related literature and research results at home and abroad, to the strength of a wave group research.
