Study On Optimization Of Multi-project Management Resource Allocation In Real Estate Entweprise

With the development of market economy, competition among enterprises becomemore and more intense, profitability of projects that real estate enterprises can undertake aregetting low. In this situation, to maintain their own survival and development, enterprisesneed to develop multiple projects simultaneously in different regions, this makes the realestate enterprises’ multi-project management faced kinds of more complicated environmentin resource allocation problem. Therefore, the real estate enterprise multi-project resourceallocation optimization studies need to be solved urgently.On the basis of relevant research scholars from home and abroad and real estateenterprise field research, thesis used theories of project management and managementresource allocation optimization as guide and real estate companies and projects as targets,discussed the theory of multi-project management resource allocation optimization by usingmethods of mathematical model and systems analysis. The paper analyses situation,problems and reasons of multi-project management resource optimization in real estateenterprises, constructs the allocation model which take minimizing the duration of projectsas target with cases of the real estate enterprise multi-project management, solves the modelwith genetic algorithms, analyses the real estate enterprises management multi-projectresource optimization empirically, and tests the model and algorithms in order to verify theeffectiveness and practicality of the process. Finally, the paper makes somecountermeasures and suggestions of real estate enterprises management multi-projectresource optimization.The thesis not only enrich the theory of multi-project management for the real estateenterprises, but also provide a more efficient multi-project management resource allocationoptimization method for real estate enterprises what makes multi-project management ofthe real estate enterprises more scientific and efficient in process of resource allocation. Thepaper drew the following two conclusions:(1) Based on previous theoretical analysis, through the study of multi-project management and multi-project resource allocation, mathematical modeling method isintroduced to construct a model of multi-project resource allocation optimization in realestate enterprises, and applied refine the specific algorithm(genetic algorithms).(2) The paper verifys the practicality of real estate companies multi-projectmanagement resource allocation model by application of cases. On the basis of G’s threeprojects data analysis and optimized by genetic algorithm, resolve the problem ofmulti-project resource conflicts effectively, to achieve the goals of multi shorten the totalduration of the project and improving the utilization of corporate resources.
