While more and more enterprises are facing the challenge multi--project management, it has been the focus among researches project management. In multi-project circumstance, the share and competition on resources such as capital, time and often occur. Therefore, enterprises should allocate the each human resource especially. human resource reasonably and effectively, in order to shorten the time to increase the benefit.The paper is precisely disposes this crucial question based on the enterprise multi-project in human resources, it analyzes the domestic and foreign related literature and the research results. This article first to introduced that under the multi-project environment the human resources disposition's research background, summarized and has profited from the multi-project human resources disposition commonly used mentality as well as the correlation computation solution method.This article central content is composed of two parts, the first part is the paper third chapter, It main analysis enterprise multi-project human resources disposition to organizational structure's request, and the different organizational structure to the enterprise multi-project human resources disposition's influence, it has simultaneously constructed face the enterprise multi-project human resources optimization disposition organizational structure.
