The Internet of Building Equipment System is designed to achieve integration of a variety of device parameter information inside buildings,thus it makes the integration of building equipment management and control,the energy saving and optimization of the whole building possible. As the number of devices in the building increased gradually,massive data of information accumulates,it makes difficult for users to acquire effective information from a mass of data,and the users’experience declines sharply.Cloud computing is one mixer of grid computing,parallel computing,utility computing,virtualization,load balancing technology,it provides one new method to solve massive data processing and dynamic allocation of resources.In this paper,cloud computing technology is applied to the Internet of Building Equipment Information System,through the requirements analysis of the whole system,and combing with technical characteristics of cloud computing,this paper designs the software architecture of the whole system.The software architecture is divided into six parts which involves terminal access layer,cloud application layer,application service layer,platform service layer,data resources service layer, infrastructure service layer.What’s more,the paper designs the function model,data interface,service interface and data storage of the system.This paper establishes the implementation scheme of the system’s cloud platform by analyzing the Microsoft Windows Azure.It studies how to register one account and use-method of the Windows Azure in detail,emphases on access credentials,storage service,SQL Azure database service and cloud service. Finally,this paper takes the Intelligent Integration System of Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Buildings Technology for example,it realizes the data integration of air conditioning and ventilation system,access control system,constant pressure water supply system,video monitoring system,internet of things system,what’s more it designs the service interface through WCF and WebService technology,and makes it possible for users to have access to the integrated system from the cloud platform.This paper using cloud computing technology to solve the data processing and dynamic resource allocation problem which belongs to Information System of Internet of Building Equipment,it not only improves the ability of large data storage and processing of the entire information system, but also reduces the system’s development and use cost in the premise of ensuring the overall functionality,the whole system shows a high efficiency and flexibility features after migrating into Windows Azure cloud platform.
