The development of the Internet is an opportunity as well as a challenge to theInternet service provider such as E-Business websites. The IT system of the website ischallenged by the increase of visitors while they brought much more profit for thewebsite holders. How to handle the vairant and increasing traiffc with better experienceand lower cost becomes the most important target of the IT system developers. Thescientists and institutes focused on this field presented lots of solutions such as theCloud Computing. While the recommendations on how to make the traditional websitemore scalable and capable based on the cut edge platform with less migrate works isstill a problem.The author of this paper conducted extensive research on the Cloud Computingplatform with the research achievements on Cloud Computing, Windows Azure byMicrosoft, new architectures and then presented a development guideline on solvingthe problem on how to migrate a traditional website to the Cloud Computing platform.With this guideline, the author migrate an E-Business website built on the traditionaltechnology to a website based on the Cloud Computing platform and proved theFeasibility of this guideline by the both functionality tests and non-tfinctionality testingresults of the website on Windows Azure atfer migration.After all, the E-Business website built on ASP.NET was successfully migrated tothe Windows Azure with all tests passed and all advantages of the Cloud Computing.Birefly, the author of this paper provided a practicable solution and guideline for thedevelopers who are interests for migrate a traditional website to the Cloud Computingplatform for more scalable and capable.
