In recent years, while China speeding up the hospital information process, PC-based HIS(hospital information system) became mature. It severely affects efficiency of medical workers to carry on lots of paper files when they make ward rounds and return to offices to type the results into computers. Wireless ward-round system has into being. In 2010, National Ministry of Health launched "3521 project" for medical data sharing which can realized by cloud technology, then many hospitals put forward the conception of CMT(Cloud Medical Treatment). In order to optimize the round work and prepare for public CMT, this paper builds a wireless ward-round system based on Cloud platform and introduces the key technology, implementation methods.The system selects virtual service of Windows Azure which can clone images of existing servers as data provider, WCF as interface, then focus on design and implement part function of a system based on Windows Phone 8. The system is divided into two parts: Mobile Doctor Station which includes records, advices, applications and Mobile Nurse Station which includes wards, patients, nurses, warehouses and reminders. Consider of hidden dangers of HIS, the system needs to ensure the stability and security of system which analyzed by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Therefore, to propose a background agent module which can judge the network status automatically while uploading cache data and an encryption module which can guarantee the security of cache data by AES and PBKDF2.Finally, implement the system and test. The results show the system can meet all requirements of daily ward-round, improve work efficiency and guarantee stability of system and importance, security, consistency of data.
