Along with the Cloud Compute technology spring up, especially appear the commercialized Cloud Compute Platform such as Windows Azure and Amazon Web Service, this make the pay-on-demand IT infrastructure operation model possible. In fact, my company has already been operated based on the traditional IT infrastructure.In order to fit for the complicated and volatile marketing situation, my company need to adjusting the resource, actually, it’s the IT infrastructure changing. However, the transforming speed of company mostly depends on the flexibly of its IT infrastructure.Therefore, it is necessary for my company to apply adaptable IT infrastructure, which should be pay-on-demand, flexible, dynamic adjusting resource. So, applying Cloud Compute Platform is an inevitable trend for the future of my company.Based on about 10,000 employees where they are woking all over the country is the most significant problem. Compare buying at least 800 thousand to 1 million dollars 1 year’s Citrix Netscaler, the Cloud Computing Platform looks better. The Cloud Computing Platform provides stable Internet Domain Name service access. It can adjust the resource according to visitor volume. Moreover, its price is reasonable.According to the records, the monthly cost is around 10,000 dollars, and less than150,000 dollars a year. However, if applying the traditional methods, the annual cost will be about 300, 000 dollars, which is twice than Cloud Computing Platform. In that way, not only the executive level could improve the management efficiency and save cost, but the employees could get access to company’s system wherever and whenever they want.Human Resources Management is the core of management for my company, and the HRMS is my company core of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan). So, design and achieve the HRMS and apply on the Cloud is the result of my company development.In this paper, I will focus on developing HRMS and apply it on the Cloud Computing Platform, slove the ERP system independent and the human resource information redundance. Achive merging all the employee info and login info which from other MIS, delete the redundance employee basic info, realize employee info synchronization and Single Sign-On. Finally, improve the system accessibility.Meanwhile, the ISP of the Cloud Compute Planform make sure the stable,performance and security, actually, we indirect reduced the company’s expenses. For my company, using the Cloud Platform and applying the HRMS is more advantages than disadvantages.
