Research And Implementation Of Auxiliary Power Unit System Redundancy Management Software

Auxiliary power unit (APU) is a kind of independent small power system whichattached to aircraft. APU is widely used for starting main aero-engine in military andcivilian aircraft.It can improve self-sufficiency, safety, reliability of aircraft and reducethe costs of maintenance. Therefore, to improve the reliability of the APU controlsystem is very important for aerodynamic control system, the redundancy managementtechnology is an effective way to improve the reliability of the APU control system.In this paper, to design and implementation of the APU redundancy managementcontrol system is based on "the developed of one APU control system".Redundancymanagement main including synchronization technology, data cross-link design, andmonitoring voting technology. This subject is researching and development on thehardware platform of PowerPc and the operating system of VxWorks. The mainimplementatiom method:First,according to the requirement of the APU control system,to balance the performance of the control system of the APU relay on the performanceof the hardware chip and operating system.Then designing and implementationsynchronization design module, cross-link design module, monitoring voting moudleand fault processing module of the control system of APU in redundancy managementtechnology.At final, porting code to the target, debug code and test the functional of thesystem in Tornado2.2which to be verified the correctness of designing of the system. Atthe same to analysis reliability of the system.Through we have tested system and analyzed the results, shows that theredundancy management technology can improve the reliability and security of thesystem of APU.In this paper, the structure of the APU system will provide a strongguarantee for the project of developing one control system of the APU.
